I can not fault this company, Rayanna is always at the end of a message. She knows her stuff and really helpful. I have a new Romanian pup who had an infection and low immune system, I messaged Rayanna who told me what I needed I did the order the same day and wasn’t disappointed it was delivered within 2days! After a few weeks I had a very happy pup with no infection :) I have other fluffys who had a few probs a message to Rayanna is never a problem. Thank-you so much :)

Outstanding customer service, wish all companies were like this. Have tried a few products from other companies that made no difference. All natural pet products do work and amazed at some of the results in my dogs. Favourite product is the calming tincture but I love them all with the results they achieve.

Best herbal company by far. Owner has excellent knowledge of products and delivery is more often than not next day..nothing is a bother wether it’s a desperate phone call, email or just asking advice on social media platforms..always very pleasant in all replies.. shame all companies didn’t have this level of customer services.
