Since then we have made multiple purchases, not just for our pup but for us humans too! We have used this supplier for many years and always found the service and product knowledge to be impeccable. If a product is not stocked on main website, then a quick query giving specific details of problem then a bespoke order is sorted and provided. First class delivery service next day ( obviously with Covid problems with Royal Mail being the only exception) Will and have recommended to numerous friends who have also been pleased with products and service.

I’ve tried shampoos, soaps, and cleaning products. All smell lush and so much better than shop bought ones.

Owner had excellent knowledge around their product and common problems that occur in animals and how to help them holistically and naturally. The products and well packaged and labelled and the delivery is super speedy despite it being very difficult times at the moment with covid etc. The own is also quick to reply to any queries that you may have and any problems you have ordering. Have recommended this to many of my friends already with confidence.
