I love paint by number so I think I buy one more

I’m an avid paint by numbers fan but I have two requests. First, to date I’ve had to throw away four different pieces because, try as I might after 5 or even 7 coats of paint the numbers printed on the canvas are either still visible or become dark splotches. Providing some sort of white out pen or extra pot of light beige (but not a transparent one!) to cover the numbers beforehand would be very helpful. Secondly, as other companies do, provide a black and white page with the design color guide printed so that when touching up you can find which color is needed.

My paint by numbers are amazing!!! Love them!!!

FINAL - I guess the site I ordered from doesn't have an "s" on the end. It's allpaintbynumber.com NOT allpaintbynumbers.com. Seems suspicious, but if it's truly not the same company, than I revise my review and rescind it. Thank you.

UPDATE- My order # is PTAHYB06392. I ordered on April 3, 2021. Tracking # is LY725799550CN. I finally found tracking info on a Chinese site that said it was returned. I just either want my paintings or a refund please.

I’m so disappointed. I ordered nine paint by number paintings for an adult get together I’m having and they never arrived. I have not received any tracking updates. I had to do a lot of research on my own to finally find that they were returned to sender and never even left China. I’ve tried to email the company and they will not email me back. Of course there is no phone number to call. I understand these things happen but I just want a refund and some kind of communication.

The last weeks, AllPaintByNumbers have sent me some mails, trying to make me delete my former review, "as it is bad for our companies reputation", they wrote. The pictures on their website weren't the same as the paintings they delivered when I ordered (the masterpieces in the webshop looked more like a simple painting book for children when they delivered), and obviously they don't think it is wrong to send a different picture than the one they show in the webshop. Well, they say they have improved the quality since then, but they still show the same pictures on the website, and they wrote: "The pictures are just for the display purpose for the customer to choose the design, they do not define the quality." So, prepare yourself for a little surprise when you open the package, don't expect the picture you recieve to be exactly the same as you ordered.

I am surprised by the bad reviews this shop has got. My order was delivered quickly and quality was very good. To be honest i have no complains about the company. They are honest people.

I would have done a 1 star review but the company redeemed themselves. My first order took a month to come and to my surprise.. the canvas was not in the package, just two packs of paint and the wood frame. Customer service answered quickly, fixed the problem and sent my order out immediately. It took a couple weeks to get but it came quicker the second time and they sent my entire order including another frame and more paint. I love how the painting turned out and despite the issue the first time around I would order again.

I have bought many kits from AllPaintbyNumbers and I love them! The paint is amazing quality and I understand some people complain about shipping, however, if you purchase the kits that state “shipping from US” you should receive them a lot quicker! Their customer service is super helpful. I will be purchasing more kits in the future!

I'm writing this review for Paint by Numbers Home, last year I tried to start painting again using winnies picks and masterpiece by numbers, unfortunately it was much to hard on my eyes and I failed miserably..then I discovered Paint by Numbers home through a group on fb, fantastic, they have wonderful paintings.and the customer service is spot on, I have done 6 to date, and hope to do many more , I'm definitely hooked , and the price is right 😊🙏

This is my second review as I really want to help people avoid this site. My order took an extremely long time to arrive and I understand delays can happen but 2-3 plus months is just incredible. Reading other reviews that isn’t even too bad, others waited 4 plus or their orders just haven’t showed. I finally got my items and it was 2 of the same print and they are completely different! How is that possible, this place is obviously a scam don’t waste your money, I will not be buying from them ever again! Rant over!

I contacted AllPaintByNumbers to get help from support (help @ allpaintbynumbers.com, her name is Emily). The paint by number kit they sent me looked nothing like the photo I submitted. The colors were way off, the person had no eyes, etc. So I reached out for help. I emailed Emily a photo of the kit they sent me, which has my photo on there, and the actual photo to show her that they looked completely different. Emily said, go ahead and complete the painting, then send me the photo of the painting. I actually had already done the painting and it looked horrible. So I replied back with the painting I had completed, only to find that she blocked my email address! So, then I emailed her again, but through their email support page on their website, and said, "hey I tried to email you but for some reason my email is now blocked. I still need help." I never heard from them. So a few weeks later I tried to login to my account, and they deleted my entire account without any notice. Horrible customer support (basically non-existent), unwilling to help customers, and deleting my information without any acknowledgment is poor business.

I ordered 4 paint by numbers.. three ok..and will be fine...
And one personalised of my Sons Cat.. the numbers are printed mismatched by around 2cm.. the cats blue eyes are cream.
And the fur blue..it is faulty.. I could possibly do it free hand.. but why should i have to attempt that ? I have brought this to their attention.. it was expensive.. yet they ignore me.. I wrote this on their advert.. theyve deleted it . Maybe this will get some action ??? You cant offer this service and then it's not fit for purpose. Your advert also shows the package including frames..but these are frameless... I could have got these on Ebay.for half the price. . You need to deal with my complaint...when you do...I will edit my review. Refund received.. after PayPal got involved..

I'm pretty sure this is a scam. I ordered in late March and didn't recieve anything till June 30 meanwhile the tracking would freeze for weeks or say my item has been lost. What I recieved wasn't even what I ordered. I am still fighting to get my replacement sent. They blame everything on covid. Since it has almost been 5 months since I ordered I had to dispute it with my bank. Avoid at all costs.

They had add of Facebook for a blow up bed that just filled when you wave around the room was so excited. That was 5/28/2020 nothing from them they got my money but I got nothing

I ordered this product on 4/3/2020 and my card was charged. I received notification on 4/10/202 from the company saying the order was "on the way." I was sending it to my granddaughter in California and hadn't heard anything. When I checked with her on 7/10/2020 she said she never received it so I contacted the company. Apparently the order had been returned. On 7/13/2020 I was told by the company that I could get a 20% discount on a return. I explained that I no longer wanted the kit. I'd ordered it in April and still hadn't received it in July. I told her I wanted a full refund. On 7/15/2020 she told me I could expect to see a refund on my card within 5-10 days. On 7/21/2020 I was told via email that they were shipping another kit. On 8/4/2020 I was told my order was on the way. I no longer want the kit. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I wish there was a way to give negative stars, because this company deserves nothing positive. I wish I would have seen these reviews before ordering. The service is horrendous and as I've seen stated in many other reviews, they try to blame every on COVID-19. I ordered one canvas and brush set April 24th and it is now July 24th and I still have not received my package. My shipping notification said it would arrive by May 28th and when 2 weeks past that date came I contacted the company. Professionalism in their response was nonexistent and they said there was a "logistics error" which caused my order to not have been shipped. I asked numerous times over numerous emails for a refund which they refuse to acknowledge. Now they are saying when the package is delivered, I can refuse it so they can issue a refund. But how can I refuse a package I don't receive?? They have yet to respond to my email with an answer to that question. I have tried to be patient because I know everything in the world is a little more complicated at the moment, but its getting ridiculous. Avoid this company as all costs!! It is not worth the stress and hassle that comes along with it.

Terrible company!!! Took 2 months to receive paint by number kit. Canvas was wrinkled and would not flatten out, contacted company, was told they would send a new canvas, never received it and now the won't respond to emails.
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered on 1st May and the order was delayed. I contacted them and the reply was delayed.

I received the package on 27th June and today i received another package.

They also replied when i checked the email explaining how badly they were hit by pandemic.

I think this company is not scam, just bad time...

Expect to wait 2-4 months for your order. This is coming from overseas (China). The service is awful. You will have little recourse, other than to go through your credit card company. They will blame Covid for all their issues. I received 1 order 4 months later. I received a custom order with a lot of errors. I have been emailing them, but it's been very difficult to get them to resolve.
