All Rounder Hockey Avis 

Very disappointing -brought a new hockey stick for my little girls Christmas present - hockey stick arrived 4th dec - badly damaged - maybe contact on the 4th with no response no nothing - I wished I had read some reviews before purchasing -

I wish I had read the reviews before my daughter bought her hockey shoes. She was very disappointed that the shoes were so small she couldn't even get them on her feet. Clarkes had measured them that week and her trainers and shoes are fine. She missed her debut for the hockey team because she didn't have any shoes, she was heart broken. Just parcelled them up having had no response to three messages in the hope we get a refund!c fingers crossed.

I echo similar reviews for All Rounder Hockey / Cricket. Very disappointing customer service, difficult and fussy returns process and extremely difficult to contact them directly. Waited for weeks to get a refund following the return of shoes that didn't fit. Paypal finally managed to shake them into action. They are clearly not set up properly to operate on the internet and unless they improve customer service they will soon be out of business. The reviews for both Hockey and Cricket websites say it all.

Has anyone ever been able to get through to customer services with this lot?

Purchased a hockey stick in September. When delivered it was the wrong stick and also damaged. After registering a refund we returned the stick and are still waiting to be given our money back. The customer service telephone number directs you to use the ‘live chat’ function which doesn’t seem to exist. We have sent multiple emails with no reply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

If I could give zero I would. Order not recieved and now £85 out of pocket. Have tried all known communication methods phone, social media and email... nothing.

Best price I could find and delivered (free) within a week of ordering.
Much better than expected from the reviews on here.

Took 8 days to let me know my item wasn’t in stock after I made my order online. Extremely slow replies, does not read and reply to emails and direct messages. Still waiting for my refund after 4 days.

Horrible customer service. Shoes arrived after advised time.
Instead of being womens shoes which I shopped under they’re mens shoes and they’re massive.
No one responds to emails or social media comments/ DMs. Hoping my correct size will be sent or refunded.
Won’t be ordering again.

No reply, unfriendly custom service. Selling low-quality products and sent me a glove in the wrong color which was worth less. Appalling.

Should have read these reviews earlier. Clearly fraudsters. Taken my money and no items left the premises. No reply to email/chat etc. Not tried the phone yet but I'm not hopeful.

My grandson has just taken up hockey and it is also a new experience to the rest of the family so we had no knowledge of which type of stick or shoe is best for the different positions, the customer service department were very informative and patient with us ensuring we purchased the correct equipment

Customer service exceeded my expectations. Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to answer my queries. My daughters stick should arrive in 3 business days as well! Faster than any company here in the US besides Amazon. I will definitely order from this store again!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Would give it less than 1 if I could. First order delivery late then discovered the shoes were 2 different sizes! Had to get replacement shoes elsewhere. Ordered a bag as an alternative, still waiting for it 2 weeks later and paid £5.99 for the pleasure. Absolute shambles and my 10 year old is really upset. Use one sports warehouse instead. They are amazing.

I ordered an item with all rounder hockey. 2 weeks later I have still not received the item. 2 emails sent chasing- no response. Call customer services- no answer. Finally got an answer on the chat conversation to be told it’s not in stock. Received no correspondence from them at all. Very poor customer service. Very stressful and also £5.99 delivery!!! Will not use them again

Avoid. They are fraudsters - selling fake goods and inpossible to contact. Do not use these people.

Please stay away of this company - there are way more reliable hockey online shops to chose from. I ordered a hockey bag at the beginning of November with a lovely discount but it has never been delivered. I tried the customer service line a few times but no one would pick it up. No replies to my email requests of the order status either. On 19 December I finally received an email that my order was cancelled because the item was "out of stock". Why does it take them so long to discover this and why would they let me order the bag at all? I was supposed to be a Christmas present. Very disappointing and upsetting. So please be very careful placing any orders!

Ordered 1 December 2019, partial delivery two weeks later, no response to emails, cannot get through on the telephone. After 17 days remainder of order cancelled as now out of stock - but was still being advertised on their website this morning. Appalling service as will not be able to get a replacement before Christmas
