Leak water damage heating not working.
Had a small leak in November from newly installed water tank, engineer came after 2 days and tightened a nut up. Sustained water damage to furniture, fittings, carpet and a couple of electrical items. Now in January despite been told a couple of times someone would get back to me no one has. Furniture, carpet, etc could have been cleaned it now smells and will need replacing. Further the heating is not working since I retuned from staying away and still had no reply from All Seasons. I'm a 66 year old war pensioner with some serious medical conditions.
Expect additional costs if you have an older home
We had an ASHP, loft insulation and solar panels installed in October.
The tradesmen themselves were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home throughout. Plumbers Keiran and Brandon were particularly helpful, especially given the number of unforeseen issues that arose. Yvonne was great with answering emails along the way.
However, I am disappointed that the compatibility of our existing pipework was not properly assessed during the initial survey. Ours is an older property, and it seems reasonable to expect that pipework age and condition would be taken into account when pulling together a plan. This oversight led to significant problems and, ultimately, extensive damage to our home. There has been no reflection from AllSeasons to acknowledge this.
We experienced multiple leaks in the loft and plumbing floods, which required large sections of ceiling plasterboard and floorboards to be cut away to allow necessary drainage. These will be costly to repair, alongside the widespread water staining on ceilings, walls, and carpets. We had to have the plumbers return to prevent further leaks, and in the meantime lived with buckets catching water (I was concerned about kitchen electrics). We also had to pay an additional £1,400 to replace some of the old pipework — the current pipework installed is now quite clunky and noisy, you can hear and feel it when taps are turned or a toilet flushes. The cosmetic look of the pipework is not discreet but we will have to live with this (can't afford to do anything about it)
There were also inaccuracies in the initial assessment: we were listed as having a “room in the roof,” which we do not have. I had to challenge this myself before the figures were recalculated.
The ASHP was initially extremely loud, to the point we couldn’t sleep in the room below the loft. This required a visit from an Aira engineer to adjust it. Now, in January, the ASHP is repeatedly losing pressure and needs topping up several times a day — an issue present since day one. I am currently awaiting a response from both Aira and All Seasons, as the earlier advice to “keep an eye on it” has not been helpful. Since settling our bill, I have found All Seasons noticeably less responsive to aftercare queries.
In all honesty, had I known the extent of the damage and the additional costs we would incur, I would not have gone ahead with the installation. We are not seeing any reduction in energy bills; in fact, the ASHP is proving more expensive to run than our previous heating system.
The lack of thorough initial assessment — particularly around pipework — has resulted in serious, costly damage to our home, and has left us struggling with ongoing issues that should have been identified from the start. I have photos of the impact of pipework damage if this is something AllSeasons would like to see. While I fully appreciate that older pipework can present challenges, we had never experienced any plumbing issues prior to the installation.
The radiators are ok- they're a good size, but run at a lower temperature than we were previously used to. We have needed a log burner as a secondary form as heating in the winter else the house doesn't warm up enough.
The vent installed in the bathroom is very loud- like a hairdryer! Horrible sound! I also don't find it effective as we still need to open a window to prevent high levels of condensation.
So, all in all, a mixed experience. We needed a new heating system, and I guess that's what we've got. However, there is a lot for us to put right to feel like home again.

Just had solar and storage heaters fitted in our home.
All the work carried out by the roofers and the electrician was excellent, couldn't fault it. The electrician that fitted our heaters was with us over several days and he was professional making sure we were happy with the placement of the heaters and listened to our preferences with the location of wires ect. The work went smoothly, it did a great job.

First time central heating installation…
First time central heating installation work...
Kerian and Brandon, heating engineers were just the right people i needed, their work was clean and structured, all jobs done with utmost consideration. As someone who has very little knowledge of the efficiency and operating, they patiently answered my questions and helped me make the best decisions in relation to where the water pipes should / could go, considering long term renovation plans. I felt like i was in safe hands. Worth mentioning that both are friendly and at the same time polite, professional at work.... Thank you.. ALL SEASONS, i now have a brand new central heating, this winter i will spend my Christmas in a warm home xx

After the work was completed they cleaned all floors and even the outside yard.both guys had excellent customer service skills very friendly and both worked so hard.

POOR COMMUNICATION AND DETAIL
Poor communication and insight from this company. It should have been a straightforward internal insulation matter but after waiting week after week for a detailed quotation rather than their vague quotation which provided no detail of what was to be done and included in the price. Weeks of emailing with often only one line responses we still didn't know what was happening and whether the insulation was to BS Standards and how condensation and damp would be prevented.
There was little reassurance and we became concerned when repeated requests about the warranty were asked, no response was received. They required that gaps were cut on the bottom of doorways to allow air circulation. However when pointed out to them we already had gaps plus doors were left open anyway 24/7, they did not answer.
We were due to have a shower room insulated and the sink was required to be moved. They stated that the insulation could be drilled through but when explaining the longer screws and bolts used, the greater the chance the sink could not be supported properly and if damage occurred after fitting of the insulation, we would be left with the bill to put right.
One has to remember that when retro fitting insulation you are changing the house fabric and ability for moisture to evaporate.
When we wrote to this company to tell them we were no longer proceeding because of delays in getting answers to our valid questions, we received no apology or communication whatsoever.
We lost complete faith in this company when they were unable to provide straight forward responses and for the delays caused. We started making inquiries on 18th August 2025. By 20th October, we informed them of our not continuing. We had no understanding of the process, the safeguards to prevent condensation and damp and what was actually included in the quotation of £3,500 for a small room of which only three walls were being done as one was internal and the outer wall had a large window which meant only partial insulation was required for that.
I'm at a loss with this company.

CowBoy Company comes to mind
This company was offered to me to fit a boiler system on Eco grants scheme.
a month on and its still not finished! i have system that i have had to spends 100s to get it to function but barely as the boiler is unable to communicate with thermostat i had to purchase. becasue it was fitted in my coal house against my permission or consent. that i wll now have to pay hundreads to have it moved to continue my kitchen renovations. the radiator thermostats are behind items and white goods meaning they dont work and im forced to activate them all them time.
they have left pipes full water just discarded as to lazy to remove them. left pipe leaking next my electrical circust board. capped a gas pipe and then left pretruding left over gas pipe that could easy casued major accident. pipes left in side fire place casuing heating issues. a hole where my fire palce was covered in sellotape during storm ann. endless holes and gamages all over my property. and no manger is intentionally lie to me over and over again.
i would never recommended this company
and whats worse im heavily diabled with learning difficulties and they are intentionally try to use these against me and take advantage of my capacity

Resolution specialist tried to force me to agree to compensation of just over £1,000 while they say in my home telling g me it wouldn't cost more than £500 to fix the errors that they did. On getting estimates from other plumbers I was told it would cost approx £4,000.
Its been approx 2 months bow and I not been able to use my shower because what tour company did leaving me in agonising pain
