I ordered a glass on the 16th October. The process was quick and easy and I was impressed by the site.

However, writing on the 31st October I have not received my product, I have not been given an estimated arrival time, confirmation that it has been shipped or any indication of whether it will be shipped.

There appears to be no easy way to chase up this delivery, however, allthingspersonalised have now prompted me twice to review their srervice, hence I am writing.

I ordered 3 personalised glasses, it was easy to order on line. It would have been good if the site showed the fonts on offer, it just named them, so I had to look them up. The order arrived quickly and safely, without excessive packaging. I will be using them again.
