It’s a yes and a no from me
The item ordered arrived promptly and securely and beautifully packed. Sturdy cardboard box, inside another branded box, and an Allum and Sidaway satin bow, beautiful.
My only issue was with the jewellery here, which was a sterling silver charm.
I understand that silver tarnishes over time, but to receive a brand new item tarnished, and bent was disappointing.
I appreciate it was also not their own brand but still I thought if buying from a reputable seller, it should arrive in pristine condition.
I was offered to get the item returned and I can get a refund then but again, I had already paid for the postage to me, didn’t want to spend more ££ on sending back goods so ended up keeping a charm for more than £50 that I am not fully happy with
