The glucose monitor does not work! Custimer service is absolutely useless.Waste of money and time.Chose another provider this one is just horrible.

Alarm goes off and sends you in a panic with reading of 3.3 go and do a finger prick test which comes back as 6.8 , can no longer trust it .
When out cycling went as low as 2.5 , had to eat to raise it as I couldn’t do a finger prick test .
Now to cancel my subscription.

Awful product and app
Awful product and app, constantly loses connection to the CGM having to reconnect it 10 times a day. The app is awful, crashes, won’t let you log in, you have to delete and install it again and it gets stuck on a loop making you confirm your country, press ok then confirm your country then press ok over and over.
Absolutely awful. Much better CGMs out there.

Told me I had breast cancer for a first visit for a sore lat muscle and denied treatment. Customer service was even worse.
I went to them because I pulled my right lat muscle at the gym. My Hubs did the same a month or two prior and received a NSAID and a couple of days worth of muscle relaxers. This provider told someone she had never met or treated, in-person or otherwise, that they had breast cancer. She said she there was nothing she could do to help with breast cancer and I would need to go to urgent care. For a sore lat muscle. When I tried to complain, they asked me if I would like to make an appt, “to deal with my breast cancer.” So now I still have a sore muscle AND I’m panicked I have breast cancer. I gladly will pay to go to the UC next time. Free service, but at what cost?
