Buyers beware! I am U.S. based and paid $180 for the knife and then $120 for tariffs - I was not made aware of the tariffs in the shipping costs so I declined the delivery and when I asked for a refund of the knife, the owner told me that it couldn’t be honored since I declined the delivery, so I had to go through with the tariff payment to even be considered for a refund. To the consumer: you will need to actively look into the shipping policies with a magnifier - overall for the cost and fees, you’re better off purchasing a knife from the states…the quality of this knife is not great, definitely not worth all of the additional fees you’d be paying. Feels like a scam.

Please don’t go anywhere near these people, it’s a scam and they will steal your money as they have with me, hopefully I can get my money back from my bank. Be warned!!!!

Ordered a knife. I never received any tracking information. After reading the reviews on here, I had to get a refund through my bank. Almazan didn't refund me. They take your money and that's about it. NO KNIFE! NO REFUND!

Cheaters, "Serbian" geniune ( chinese ) products... I buy frying ironcast pan, he was unusable after first use ( i did preparation like they sent me a "user manual" )

Should be able to give 0 stars for this company wouldn’t waste your time or money on them placed an order over 4 months ago didn’t receive anything from then when contacted them was told they where going to resend it and still got nothing and they also refuse to give my money back they are nothing but a scam

I have previously ordered and gotten one of their big knives and a breadboard. Meh + overpriced. Lately I made the mistake of ordering what I THOUGHT was a full sized olive-wood cutting board. (No dimensions given on their site.) I got it today. No box, No packing. You could barely fit one tiny steak on it. Cost in the end with Duty was $200 CDN. It barely measures 7 x 14". Now I know why they never show their faces. It's a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Note: My mistake was I had bought a board before and it was proper size. They put no measurments on any of their products. I accept this loss but warn you all. This dumb thing couldn't hold twelve crackers and a 4 ozs cheese. I have been cheated.

I ordered a knife for 70€, The knife is of very poor quality. They don't respond to emails or messages. I am very disappointed.

I ordered my knives on January 14. Almazan Kitchen started informing me of the status of my order the next day and regularly updated me throughout the entire process. They shipped the knives DHL and they arrived (from Serbia) within 10 days. The were well packaged and looked excellent once I opened the boxes. I had read a review that said the knife wasn’t sharp at arrival, but sharpened quickly and held an edge well, but my arrived razor sharp out of the box. I tested them by thinly slicing tomatoes and they performed perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend this company and the knives they sell.

Sharp out of the box,but chipped after the very first use( cut vegetables on wooden board). It's obvious that the quality is very low. I paid 75 euros on import taxes and fees and that just doubled the cost... With 150 euros I could buy an excellent hand made cleaver and not this butter knife...

I ordered from Almazan Kitchen and was shocked to pay €33 in customs fees, which were not clearly disclosed during checkout. As an EU customer, refusing these fees means no return or refund, leaving you with no options.

I’ve ordered from them before without these charges, making this even more frustrating. Their lack of transparency and rigid policies show little regard for customers.

I will never order from them again and strongly advise EU customers to avoid this store.

Probably the worse company I’ve ever bought from!!! The Serbian chef knife looked good out the box and was very sharp until I used it, after the first time it chipped and went completely blunt. I sent and email and had a reply straight away from a Aleksander asking for photos of the damaged knife. I’ve sent photos of the knife and heard nothing back, I’ve sent many more emails with no reply. They come across very professional with their videos on YouTube but are an absolute joke!! Do not waste your money with this company.

I would rate this company with zero stars, but I cannot do that.
I bought the Almazan kitchen's serbian chef knife but was very disappointed. The knife is of poor quality and started chipping after a few sessions cutting vegetables on a wooden board. When I reached out to the seller wanting to return it, they informed me that the return can only be made within 72 hours of receiving it. That fact alone lead me to believe I was scammed. Don't take my word for it, check their Terms & conditions on their website. Long story short, DO NOT buy this knife (or anything else for that matter) and take your money elsewhere.
