This company customer service is second to none. I look forward to using my Alpha Stim every evening either to help ease pains or to relax.
I was recently away for 3 nights and didn’t bring it with me…. big mistake that I won’t repeat in the future.

I had been through months of not being able to sleep or not sleeping properly. I used the Alpha-Stim and I have returned to a full nights sleep again. I feel I have recovered.

I decided to do some research into alternatives to antidepressants to manage anxiety and depression symptoms I was experiencing whilst I was going through a very difficult chapter in my life after my daughter was diagnosed with a terminal illness. That's when I come across Alphastim on some medical articles on an NHS website. I decided to contact Steve who from the start was very helpful and a totally genuine, friendly guy. Me and Steve met a few days after the initial email contact and I decided to go ahead and rent the unit for a month to see how everything went. Soon as I got home I trialled the unit and it was a godsend, from the first session I was so relaxed and the anxiety literally melted away. Before the month trial was up I decided to purchase the Alphastim outright as it was really so beneficial to me and it was totally worth the investment. Since then I've been using the Alphastim AID device when I've got the time too and it's really helped me through such difficult times and gives me that moment of relaxation and clarity that I need.

I have been off the antidepressants now for nearly 2 months and I know one thing for sure, I will never be going back onto them. Steve has been absolutely great, checking in and providing me with solid advice when I need it. That I can't thank you enough for.

My mental well-being has improved greatly and when I use Alphastim before bed there is a drastic difference in my sleep quality. I'm very often falling asleep before the session has finished, this can be annoying for my partner if we're watching a film haha! But I do get a great night's sleep.

Thank you so much for everything Steve and for improving my life as well as other people's lives. Without Alphastim I would still be in a dark place.

I highly recommend the alpha Stim aid. I have been suffering very very bad depression. I have been using the aid every morning first thing for one week now and today is the best I have felt in a very long time. The awful depression has lifted and the anxiety has improved. I came off antidepressants a while ago after being on them for about 25 years, I thought I was heading back to being medicated but now I feel hopeful that I won’t need to. I still take natural supplements and melatonin to help sleep but I will try to sleep without and see if the aid is helping this too, chronic insomnia and tinnitus. I do think though my sleep is better since using aid. Customer service is excellent too. If I can get off antidepressants then anyone can but please be careful and sensible when cutting down meds to stop. It will be tough but worth it if you have the aid and use it every day and eventually maybe using it less frequently. Thank you to Alpha Stim team.

I’ve been using the Alpha Stim for nearly a year now. I had been struggling with anxiety for many years. Last year, I experienced an emotional trauma that ramped up my anxiety and left me with insomnia. Without question, using the Alpha Stim daily has dialled down my anxiety and helped me sleep better. It’s easy to use every day and I really recommend it.

My experience with Alpha Stim has been nothing but positive. I started very low as i was sensitive to the levels. The first treatment I didn't notice much difference but my 2nd treatment definitely improved my sleep. The 3rd session on the next level, had me asleep half way through the treatment! I have been using the device every 3 days and it's drastically improved my anxiety levels and overall ability to get to sleep. Definitely worth having if you can.

I had been struggling bad with lack of sleep and having an over active brain and worries. My wife found alpha stim on line and ordered it for me. It’s been amazing. The only way I can describe it is, when my brain is worrying or stressed or I can’t sleep, I put it on and after a while it just seems to bring you down a level. I’ve used it at home and away in hotels for work, it is small and has a great little carry case with all you need for trips away.
I didn’t think it would help but I’d be lost without it.
If I’m struggling to sleep I put it on in bed and after a while I’m asleep, if I wake I just remove it and I’m already sleepy and I can then sleep.
I would recommend alpha stim to any one that has over active brain, sleep issues, anxiety, stress it’s really good.

Been suffering from OCD and extreme anxiety for the last 30 years. Tried many different types of treatment. None has worked.

My world was shattered with a riding accident 5 years ago. I’ve had morphine patches ever since. (No more patches) John from Alpha-Stim brought the machine to me. With a phone call from Steve explaining how to use it whilst I worked away with the machine on my back etc

The next morning, I woke to just a dullness in my back. For the first time in 5 years I had no pain. Yes, if I over do it my back will become uncomfortable so I just use the stim probes to take that away.

It's worth trying out the Alpha Stim, I've used it on two occasions, first time twice a week for 3 month and it really did relax me. First time I used it felt like I'd had a glass of wine and laughing alot!
Second time I used every day for 3 weeks and nothing happened (only 20 mins) so I guess it might be better to used it longer ay a time or for a longer period next time.
Definatly worth a try when you have horrible anxiety level and you cannot sleep. I had good quality sleep on this.

I loved using Alpha-Stim! I had initially been told that the device was in trial for helping people with anxiety and depression, so I jumped to using it. On my first 2 weeks of trialling, I had the device set to it's highest setting, which made me feel (in no other way to describe it) slow and heavy. It definitely peaked my curiosity, as it was a different feeling than I was used to feeling (brain fogged and chaotic)! I did notice that I was falling asleep very soon after my head was hitting the pillow on days where I had used Alpha-Stim.

After 2 weeks, I started to lower the setting and began trying new things whilst using Alpha-Stim. I started by listening to soothing sounds to relax faster. Then I moved onto watching a show with Alpha-Stim. After this, I trialled learning a new language and found that I was able to focus and retain information much more fluidly than before!

After finishing my trials with Alpha-Stim, I found that I had gained a new clarity in my mind, and I was feeling less anxious throughout the day. I could talk to people whereas before I would fall silent and wait to be spoken to. My sleep schedule had aligned itself and now I find that I am able to sleep at a good time and get a good sleep ready for the next day.

I would recommend Alpha-Stim to anybody with ADHD, even if you don't suffer with crippling anxiety or depression, just to try it out and see if you develop a new way of thinking on it.

I have had the opportunity to use this equipment through Corby Mind. I had heard previously about the equipment from other courses that I have taken part in. I have found the equipment very helpful. Having an hour out of the house on a Monday, and Friday afternoon has been a godsend. I have been disappointed with the equipment recently, as the battery power hasn't been great, all though the batteries have been replaced, the battery power has gone up and down. Then the ear clips have been faulty, recently. We have used this equipment for less than a year at Corby Mind, and it is disappointing that they have now failed! The equipment costs £500, and the ear clips cost £35/8 to replace. I bought a (alpha stim) machine from Amazon for £74. It doesn't need batteries, as you have a USB cable to charge it with, it is different to the alpha stim machines, but it has the same feelings. I found that the alpha stim experience very helpful, which is why I bought 1 of my own. It is a shame for those people who haven't tried the machines to know if it works for them or not, and not being able to see if it works for them, by not having the machine at Corby Mind to use. Corby Mind has had 4 of your machines for less than a year now, and it is disappointing for me, to not be able to get an hour out of the house now! I feel more for those who haven't had the chance to use the machine. Some people get on with it and find it helpful, but others don't! But at least those people have had the opportunity to use it. Corby Mind are a charity, and they cannot afford to pay the very high costs to replace the various parts of the equipment. I must say, that Corby Mind has been brilliant to me, and given me different skills to cope in the world. I have spoken to people and asked them if they have tried the alpha stim, and that they should try it. But those who have tried it, have told me whether or not they have got on with it. It is an experience that everyone should try. Thank you alpha stim.

The alpha-stim device is amazing! I couldn't believe the difference it made. The only downside is the initial expense to buy the device but is totally worth every penny!

I found this activity helped to improve my sleep immensely.

When I had a period of time where I was at using it twice a week my sleep deteriated.

Alpha Stim was so surprising to me, as the effects were incredible and totally non-invasive. After using the Alpha Stim for 40 mins, I felt so calm and relaxed. My body did not feel tense anymore which massively reduced my pain with Sciatica. My mind was empty; I felt no anxiety and had no manic thoughts, this shocked me as someone who has ADHD, my mind is always very loud. Even though I felt extremely relaxed, I also felt very sociable and content. My focus really increased which boosted my motivation and productivity. I also felt I could drop off to sleep fairly quickly...no tossing and turning, no intrusive thoughts and no anxiety. I felt very peaceful, content and managed to even have a deep sleep at night where I woke up feeling refreshed and energetic!

In my opinion, there are no negatives to this machine and unlike medication it does not give you any unwanted side affects!

I’m so pleased with my Alpha Stim Aid. My anxiety levels have noticeably decreased. I’m sleeping much better. My mind seems overall calmer with fewer intrusive thoughts. I love using it whilst meditating where I’ve been able to reach such a lovely deep state of stillness.
