I purchased a discontinued mouse that was discounted. I ordered 2 because they were discontinued and I really liked the mouse. The order took forever to arrive with no update on tracking until item was delivered 18 days later. I opened the package and it only had one mouse in it. The packing slip showed 2. I was able to reach out to them and get a credit for the mouse. I received an email immediately saying i would get the credit within 10 days. A month later no credit. Do no give them any money. Most dishonest Business ever.

Would give them 10 stars if possible/! Incredible customer service, highly recommend this company! I purchased a Logictech keyboard pad for IPad. Product was delivered fast. Keyboard would not hold a charge without electrical source. I called the company and spoke with a friendly and professional customer service rep and told him what was wrong. He gave me 3 choices of other keyboard pads available because the one I bought wasn’t in stock. I chose one that was $10.00 more. He told me I didn’t have to pay the difference nor send the old one back. They even sent it priority mail to me as I told him I needed it asap.

This company will rip you off.
I ordered some electric tweezers advertised on facebook + a cheap item so no postage.
The cheap item arrived but not the tweezers. The company refuse to answer emails and have told pay pal the item tracked presumably showing the tracking for the cheap item.
I strongly advise people not to order from this company.

I never recieved a confirmation email for my order, which wasn't an issue, it probably got caught up in spam but I was SO impressed by their customer service. I went to their site and emailed their customer service email at MIDNIGHT and they got back to me with my tracking info in LESS than five minutes! They were very friendly, helpful, and sympathetic. The item was here the next day anyways, it was shipped super fast! BEST customer service I've ever dealt with or ANY type of company.

I have purchased a mouse for my computer which was displayed on the site and the price was really low. I did received it very quickly and it was exactly as they stated. Will shop again.

Had a question about a product and received an immediate response from customer service. Product was just as advertised... highly recommend it!
