Alpha try customer service is an embarrassment. 3 months waiting for refund. Each time told it’s been processed. Each time lied to. Always a processing error. Sure there are more negative reviews than posted. This is a scam company with irresponsible and disingenuous group of individuals masquerading as customer service. Gordon K.

I've been a customer for about two years now, and even from the very beginning, they treated me like a valued customer. After two years, they treat me more like family. Every time I have a consult with one of them, they take their time, even going beyond the scheduled consult time on occasion, to make sure that they completely understand what it is that I need and that I completely understand what they think the solutions are.
