This outfit is a complete scam. They will bombard you with multiple calls a day, trying to convince you to deposit money via crypto transfer. Once this is done, they will pester you for more asking very personal questions which a qualified FA should never do.

In my instance, after determining I wasn't going to invest anymore, the money I had deposited completely disappeared. The account manager "Benjamin Ross" became rude and aggressive, stating it was my fault since I didn't invest more and eventually stopped replying to communication. He even had the audacity to ask for more money to recover the money he had siphoned off!

Save your time, money and sanity and don't go near this "company" if it can be called that.

Their agents always provide clear and helpful solutions whenever I send them email.

I've had bad experiences with forex brokers in the past, but Gen Markets completely changed that for me. Their customer service is top-notch and they always have my back.

I have been contacted continuously and each time have told them I am not interested in trading, please stop calling and still the phone calls have not stopped. I get nuisance calls numerous times a day at all hours. They say they are not a scam but then continue to call you from different mobile numbers making it impossible to block them. If a company is not a scam why would they use multiple different mobile numbers and continue to call even if you have told them to stop on multiple occasions. Even the operators are rude when you tell them to stop calling you. Hopefully this review will help others from being caught in this trap.
