I ordered on line, but did call to make sure the item was in stock. The employee was very helpful in looking up the item and checking the status. Skis shipped shortly after ordering and were received in 3 days.

loved that the alpine shop had a discontinued model i wanted -- mizuno denim copper T24 @ 48 deg. -- but could find nowhere else. appreciated the easy-going yet enthusiastic tone of the sales rep on the phone. slightly bummed about a small visual defect once the item arrived.

I called the shop before ordering online to make sure the item was in stock and what the timeframe was for expedited shipping. The person on the phone said he would look for the order and get it mailed right away! Item arrived quickly and in good condition! Very happy customer here!!!
