They are reliable. The support teams are very good. I had some questions about the virtual cards and they replied quickly.
The Mastercard I applied for was good, they gave me my virtual card immediately after I deposited Ethiopian birr.
Their price is really reasonable and cheap compared to other Mastercard providers.

An terrible service. Not clear in their instructions, yet they want to blame you for it. You find your money dwindling for absolutely no reason. They don't answer requests as quickly as possible.

Excellent service, I had an issue with my card and support went out of their way to help me solve it. I didn't even feel that inconvenienced by the time it was fixed since they were fast. I would highly recommend them.

Beware: A Scam in Disguise – Stay Away!
This is the worst service you could ever sign up for! The customer support is absolutely useless, available 24/7 in name only. The exchange rates are ridiculously high, and the card fails to work about 98% of the time. I've been requesting a refund for the past three weeks, but they keep blaming a "system issue" while ignoring support requests—unless you're making a deposit. At this point, it feels like a scam.
