Alternative Eco Solutions UK LTD Avis

Matt Walker was the gentleman who came to asses my solar system which was found to be not working. He explained how it was not working and what was needed to get it up and running. At no time did he put any pressure on me to go ahead but explained clearly what was the problem. he also explained clearly the paper work he had to fill in. He was courteous and patient as I am elderly and needed to ask a few questions to understand. The whole experience was easy and fast and the system is now up and running. I can recommend this company.

Trustworthy and reliable and efficient. Matthew (Walker) was very good to deal with - he did an appraisal and laid out the options. We found his advice helpful - not at all a hard sell but honest and thorough. Would recommend him and this company- his colleague Olivia was helpful too (and patient!)

Great company/team came to rectify another company’s botched job. Team was led by Tom and the fitters were James and Vince. Cleaned up after themselves including rubbish left by previous company. Would recommend this company every day. System is now safe.

Inverter stopped working. Ben came to examine it and said it needed replacing. He was very professional, quick, tidy polite and answered all my questions. A credit to the team and company. Thankyou.

Alternative Eco Solutions UK Ltd offers satisfactory services, although experiences appear mixed. While some customers appreciate their friendly and efficient service, others express concerns about communication and sales tactics. It's best to approach with caution, ensuring clarity on offerings and pricing. Overall, a somewhat reliable choice for eco solutions.

Friendly and practical advice from Gary at the initial stage, with clear explanation of the options.
The installation was completed efficiently and quickly, they didn't even stop for a tea break!

Alternative Eco Solutions UK Ltd has proved to be a professional and efficient company. They handled a minor card issue with understanding, which was greatly appreciated. While the situation was remedied quickly and competently, their staff generally appear approachable and friendly, providing good service overall. I've noticed they effectively address technical concerns, such as resolving an internet connection problem with my solar monitoring system. Their solar panel installation and maintenance are commendable, and I feel confident in their expertise. Though there are mixed reviews, my personal experience leads me to give them a solid 4-star rating.

Efficient and friendly staff at all levels.
Very knowledgeable and nothing appears to be too much trouble, Always ensuring the customer is happy. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco Solutions.

Alternative Solutions have just replaced batteries and protected the solar panels with mesh. Very professional workmen. They are also very polite and helpful when you call.

This company fitted batteries for the storage of solar-generated power that I have accessed since 2011. They tailored their work to fit my needs. Their combination of efficiency and flexibility made the process easy for me, and I have enjoyed a significant reduction in my bills as as a result.

This company, Alternative Eco Solutions, has just upgraded my old installation and although it is early days I look forward to future years of good service. ......... It is worth noting that my previous installers have all gone bust and left me in limbo.
The staff of Alternative Eco Solutions have been really good and efficient especially the engineers who managed to untangle all those wires, and get the new equipment up and running in less than two hours, is beyond me.
Many thanks, ........ Leonard Barter

From the initial enquiry and sales visit to the replacement of our invertor the whole process was delivered within a short time frame with very little inconvenience . The installer was very polite and we are very pleased that our system is running efficiently again

Fanatastic service from this company they have looked after our solar for four years now.
We would highly recomend there services.

What a wonderful, encouraging, helpful group of people! When I accidentally used the wrong card they were understanding and efficient! (Their product's pretty damn good too......!) I have found them to be very professional and I feel confident in them and their workmanship and knowledge. Who could ask for anything more? (as the song goes).

Excellent company. Original firm who put in solar panels and battery went bust. This company is professional, friendly and efficient. Their service and customer service is exemplary. All the staff I've spoken to are approachable and understanding. I will be recommending them to friends and family. Wonderful work ethics and very easy to talk to. Good job well done. Thank you all.

The information provided was clear and accurate, and communication was made easy. When there was an unavoidable delay in the work starting, new arrangements to suit us were made, and the work was carried out efficiently. The attitude of staff was extremely supportive.

Great service, had problems with serval companies, we found AES last year and after the upgrades we are now back on track. Thank you to the whole team from start to finish Tom made everything very easy, explained the full process and lived up to the promises.
