Dear Althea Academy,
I have reached out for over 2 weeks at your provided email address on behalf of my Mom, Beverly Simons. Unfortunately Mom needed to cancel (within 14 days) and request a refund for her VIP modules.
You cancelled my modules instead of Mom's, by mistake.
Although I have received a few responses from Sheila in Customer Service stating she will sort out the "mess" your company has created, she has not responded at all over the past week.

I am beyond frustrated and very disappointed with this company.
The product is excellent.
Customer service so disappointing.
I hope my forced negative review with expedite a full refund as promised for my Mom!!

This academy is the real deal! A recent ADHD diagnosis and neurodiversity less than 2 years ago, finding this academy and that week-long summit a few weeks ago was perfect and phenomenal. In addition, Spela is super responsive to messages and has held additional masterclasses since then, including the one scheduled for later this week. I can't recommend this enough.

I am watching with my ADHD husband. We bought the package because there was so much information coming so fast. I could not absorb everything in one day. My ADHD spouse could handle one speaker per day. But we LOVED it! IT HELPED ME A MUCH AS IT HELPED HIM.

I won't claim that EVERY interview was pertinent to me, but so many were spot on to my behavior and feelimgs. Those that were 'AHA!' momemts also gave me valuable tips on dealing with my aberrations. Very valuable summit experience.

I was diagnosed with ADHD along with depression and anxiety. I wasn't given a lot of information on what ADHD is and how it affects our lives. By listening to these webinars, I have gained a much better understanding of this condition. When the speakers talk about what they went through and what they experience, I can relate because I am experiencing the same things. It helps to know I'm not alone and that there isn't something wrong with me. Having the days broken up based on similar information was also very helpful. I'm so glad that I paid for the upgrade because I feel I will be going back and listening to quite of few of the webinars often. Thank you for putting this together! It was very informative and helpful!

This was a fabulous, insightful, informative conference. The contributors were inspirational and honest.

Watching those guest speakers help other people with ADHD see that they are not alone. Those speaker enlightened me with tips and tricks to channel my ADHD in way that were new to me. This summit was amazing

The content and quality of the material is incredibly helpful & I would happily recommend their website & courses to anyone wanting to understand their ADHD/AuDHD, as well as their changing body chemistry.

There are a few niggles though with email communication:
1. Whilst links in Altheas' emails are ok, they don't 'look' legitimate, either to me or my security system (I assume it's to do with tracking who/where responds), so may affect who is willing to click on them and, therefore, affect the uptake of their courses & talks.

2. The frequency of their emails (for me) is just too high, which means that each one gets less impactful. Most people are already bogged down with tonnes of irrelevant emails daily, and sending more to compete (if that's the case) has the opposite effect for me.

3. The email content (for me), especially considering their ADHD audience, is too long. The points are great, but I think it would be good to have a TLDR / summary at the top, with a more compact section below, where the formatting was better suited to the audience format.

I want to express my gratitude for the comprehensive information and experiences shared. Many of the speakers' stories resonate with me, and I am learning from the challenges they overcame. The facilitator's skill in asking insightful questions is also appreciated. The recording package has been instrumental in allowing me to review the content multiple times, and I continue to gain valuable insights. I thank all the speakers for openly sharing their struggles and successes; their willingness to share has been invaluable to my personal growth and has made the investment for purchasing the recordings worthwhile.

How lucky are we to have this FREE summit available for our consumption?! I was able to listen in on a good handful of topics. I couldn't get enough! So many experts, all in one place! (No Google needed!) Thank you for the time and energy it took to bring this wealth of information to us!

Speakers are so real, they reflect their personal experience. The summit is informative and useful.

The number of workshops and quality of the content for the ADHD summit was amazing. The expert speakers covered so many different aspects and helped me learn so much about what I deal with in life.

The ADHD summit was thought provoking, interesting, provided great knowledge and important reminders of the simple things we can and should do like hydrating, eating properly, exercising and realizing it's ok to take a break before all the work has been completed and getting enough sleep.

This summit was extremely informative and I walked away from it with a new perspective, understanding, resources and tools. It was eye-opening. I would recommend this summit to anyone at any point in their ADHD journey! And Spela is not only compassionate, but she is brilliant!

Loved the recent ADHD summit. Very informative and was able to shed lights on parts of myself I am continuing to learn about.

The summit was very informative, with presenters experienced in researching, treating and coaching ADHD women. Many presenters had ADHD themselves. I was able to find myself in some of their stories, which was reassuring while providing a path forward.

There are so many aspects of ADHD and how it affects your life and relationships. I loved the fact you spoke about the hormonal side and the financial side.
To realise that everything I went through as a child and how I was raised was likely because of being an undiagnosed ADHD woman with an undiagnosed ADHD mother.

I accessed the ADHD women’s summit. I chose carefully what I wanted to watch and was truly delighted with what I was able to learn during this time. Relevant up to date information, fresh perspectives and some new tools. Very well done. Highly recommend this company.

To be quite honest, I didn't see ALL of the speakers, having been overwhelmed with informational experiences from the ones I did watch. Talk about eye opening! Incredible, told me more about myself than I could have hoped for. Thankyou so much!
