What an excellent team at Altitude Internet, from 1st day I rang Kathy was easy to talk to, she took time to listen to my worries as I have lost trust and spent a lot of money with lot's of advertising agencies without results, she was so reassuring and gave best advice, Luke worked hard on my website, which is looking fantastic, Jay is working on my SEO and Dan, I wouldn't thank him enough, he and the team have worked tirelessly to get my google ads working again after they were suspended by google, I was so anxious and worried, he rang me to reassure me they would do their best to solve the problem and for sure they did. I entrusted Altitude Internet to redo my company's website (KLAS Languages) in December 2018 and then the website of an animal charity of which I am a Trustee (Cats Action Trust North & West Wiltshire) in 2019 and have been absolutely delighted by their services. Altitude Internet is probably the best company I have come across, I have been using their service for over 2 years now and they have been really great at what they do, my traffic to the website has increased a lot. Dan is always available to reply to your emails, no matter the day or hour! they go above and beyond to deliver what you ask for! Katie & charlotte are brilliant at writing blogs for the website, they always cover the topic in detail and Khalid is great at optimizing the website and of course, if it wasn't for Damien for being so patient and answering all my questions when I first signed up I wouldn't have gone ahead with Altitude.

They have a great team and would highly recommend them but something to keep in mind is SEO takes time, you have to give at least 4-6 months before you see results which can be disappointing but that's how it is.

This team are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond for your business. I was a new business starting out and needed that injection of Google ads and SEO. The whole team clubbed together to make sure I got the best start a business can have online. I was showing at the top of Google ads and on the first page of Google within two days of starting my contract. The team were on hand for anything I needed. Cathy, Dan, Declan and the rest of the team are amazing. I really felt like I was in safe hands. I heard about these company’s that just who do great to start and then just drop contact. This wasn’t the case here. They constantly update you on how the ads are going and how many clicks convert ect. They input all your negative and positive key words as well as targeting your target area. Declan is great at website auditing too to help with the SEO side of things. All in all I had an amazing experience with these guys. And they don’t try and keep you on a Google Ads contract forever. They aim to get you to the top organically so you don’t have to pay for clicks forever.

Really impressed with the increased traffic that altitude have generated for a business, I’ve been working with them for many years now and highly recommend.

I deal with these guys every now and then. Changes, making, pictures , uploads, links attachments. And mainly at present SEO. When I need changes they are always easy to work with and always put that extra effort in to make the site look better than I think.I have been dealing with them over a year now.
