Since engaging with Altitude Digital they have been great to work with. Dan and Kathy reply day or night and have kept us informed throughout about the status of our website's keyword optimisation (we are starting to see nice traction now). Hector is extremely knowledgeable and again replies almost instantly to any questions we have.

We also instructed Altitude to build us a new site and Luke was terrific, nothing was too much hassle and he did everything promised. It's now live and we're extremely proud of it, so much so we will be running some PPC campaigns this month also through Altitude. Fred has been very helpful in setting these up.

I was using a different company initially and wasn't seeing any success , i was chasing them daily and the account left me feeling like they didn't care about the business or my concerns. My other half had heard of Altitude and suggested i called them, i got through to Grant who was so helpful, we arrange a meeting and he accommodated me due to the fact i worked long hours so we met outside of these hours, my first feeling with them was positive just on that . Grant gave me realistic expectations, was honest and looking into my account called me the same night and said he was confident he could help me , which he did and has. What i needed was my ad words to be regularly managed and it all made sense from then on. Amazing service, fastest response I’ve ever received at about 10 o’clock on a Saturday night which is why I picked these guys in the first place! The thing is this is a shady industry with companies claiming they can do this that and the other, I’ve been burnt in the past. I don’t know much about computers and how google works etc but fortunately these guys do and they do it well. We’ve more than quadrupled our enquires per week which has enabled us to raise our prices considerably in a niche market and finally start to thrive. Worth the money!!

I have nothing but good things to say about Altitude Internet. I have been with them for 2 and a half years now and my website has made some great progress in search engines. My website wasn't even found on Google before starting a package with Altitude Internet. Now 2 and a half years on my website ranks pages 1 - 3 for hundreds of different search term combinations relating to my business. I have 165 different pages on my website and I sell 119 products, 70% of these pages now have some level of ranking on Google.

The staff are friendly, calm and professional and they email back within the hour and sometimes within 10 minutes if I ever have a question or query, they even email late into the night sometimes. They have given me lots of advice whenever I needed to change something on my site for SEO purposes and to improve rankings. They also send me a report each month and let me know if there are any issues with my site (which happened recently) which would cause my ranking to drop a bit. They are honest people and will tell you if you have unrealistic goals or very difficult search terms to rank for when competing with other websites that have been around for many years on google or have a good reputation etc. Their prices are very reasonable and very good value for money for what you receive and the level of service they offer.
