I have visited Alto Hearing twice now and both experiences have been excellent. On my initial visit I had severe ear ache due to a heavy build up of wax. Both ears were cleared in 30 minutes and my hearing was back to normal. I was given a hearing test and this did show how my hearing had declined over the years. I decided to make an annual visit for my hearing to be check along with de waxing if required.
Went to Alto Hearing in CLITHEROE on word of mouth recommendation about earwax removal, but arranged a hearing test, for a fee, which encouraged me, hearing test and wax removal and adjustments to my existing hearing aids and knowledgeable help was perfect.

I was in a lot of pain after an unsuccessful ear wax removal elsewhere and couldn’t hear. Alto got me in straight away and were so kind and helpful. Both the lady who booked my appointment and the receptionist were so kind and welcoming. Maria was brilliant, whole procedure was easy and painless . Thanks for putting me at ease .
We went to the Clitheroe branch, where we were made to feel very welcome.

My partner Iain and myself attended Alto hearing Clitheroe for a consultation regarding ear wax removal. From entering we were treated with professionalism, after filling in forms regarding ourselves , health details etc. Andrew came out to greet us and take us into his surgery. The treatment was carried out, efficiently, relaxed yet professional and informative. Andrew is most personable and reassuring, and we felt confident and safe in his hands. The removal of wax from my ear had immediate effect and the increase of my hearing was amazing. We would recommend Alto Clitheroe under the guidance of Andrew without hesitation.
Alto Hearing are excellent. I was offered a coffee by the friendly & polite receptionist. Megan was brilliant, she performed my wax removal treatment very carefully in a relaxed, but attentive & professional manner. The result was remarkable, I had to turn my car radio down 2 notches on the way home. I just wish more businesses were this good.
