Awful
First of all, my order arrived months after it should have, so I had to buy other Xmas gifts. Then it tastes so bad. And smells so bad. In my opinion of vomit. None of us can drink it.Also it is sickly sweet. Maybe an attempt to drown the vomit smell and taste.
Then Altr Root sent me a huge shipment, that I had NOT ordered. I had placed an order, before I tasted the products and I had CANCELLED the order. I double checked that the order was cancelled. And yet they sent of a very expensive shipment. Which I had to pay taxes on top of and now they want me to pay to send it back. We are now talking thousands of kroners. Not ok AlteRoot. Not ok. You should have compensated me for the several month delay. You should ensure your cancellation system works. You should compensate me completely for this second shipment, including the tax. ALL of this I have already communicated to you. You have taken no intitiativ with anything.
