Broken package and open product
Broken package and open product, amaise did not want to help. Disappointed at the service, don’t recommend to ship to Sweden.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We did make several attempts to assist you via email, however we did not receive a response from you.
As explained previously, the parcel left us in England securely and carefully packaged and was in perfect condition at the time of dispatch. Once the item has left our premises, any damage caused in transit must be claimed directly with the postal carrier, as they are responsible for handling during delivery.
Regarding the product appearing open, when cosmetics are shipped overseas by air, changes in pressure can cause liquid products such as foundation to rise to the top of the bottle. This is a known and normal occurrence and does not indicate that the product has been used or tampered with.
All of our products are clinically tested, compliant with safety regulations, and safe to use. We take product quality and customer care very seriously and would have been more than happy to continue assisting had we received a reply.
We always encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve any concerns promptly.

Not worth the extra taxes if ordering in Canada
Ordering the lip glosses was easy and the transaction was fast. They still didn't arrive until 3-4 weeks after I ordered and I live in Canada. Upon pick up from postal services office, I was charged another $24 CAD for taxes. Not sure of this is the tariff BS or border taxes. Love the lip glosses and they looked good for pictures. Not worth the money. There are other products you can buy at a reasonable price within Canada.

Hi,
When you order online it does state what estimated time the shipping takes, for overseas it is 2-4 weeks. We are a small UK based brand, not Amazon, we cannot ship anything closer to the timeframe given due to tariffs and border control, the $24 is due to import taxes from your postal service which is also stated on our website, this is nothing to do with us.
It’s unfair to leave us a 2* review when all of this is available to read online before placing your order.
