Amala Earth Avis 95

Ordered Katarni rice 2 kg online at price Rs 350 per kg. What we got is Simple raw rice. Truly speaking its our fault of ordering online these stuff.

Ordered what I thought was a copper water bottle to give me heath benefits but when it arrived the smell was so strong of chemicals how could I possibly put water in that? The customer service team replied and said to air it out. I told them it is still really strong and I would like to exchange the item for something else. This was denied. The items are really cheaply made and then once you buy it you’re stuck with it.

After recieving an initial successful first order, Suggested Amala to 6 of my friends who did prepaid orders worth thousands only to have NONE delivered and ZERO communication. On their delivery page it says randomly either customer uncontactable, courier service unavailable ( mainland Mumbai cam u beleive it) or customer refused delivery. Not only this they didn't bother to refund unless each of my friends called and specifically asked for refund. Either this is a SCAM or a totally careless company with zero regards to customers just pretending to be oh we are so eco focused Suggest this app to your frenemies as an act of revenge to see them lose their money and patience!!!

Pathetic product backed by pathetic customer service

Sent really bad quality product. I bought (fairly expensive) table lamps and the shades were completely misshapen and the wood of both lamps was totally mismatched. They said they would give me a refund after sending some photos to them and it has been such a hassle trying to get the order picked up. There is absolutely no communication and when you ask for a little clarity on when someone will come to pick up the product, they respond with that multiple attempts have been made but no one was home. Give a little notice, I cannot be sitting at home waiting for someone to pick up the product all day. Horrible and will not be ordering again.

Very disappointed.. colour bleed from basket. N instead of several mails can’t return or exchange..

The worst app n the worst services

I ordered two packs of protein bars of the brand ' The Whole truth' The order number assigned by you is 363284.
The protein bars arrived today. However, the protein bar flavored ' coconut Coocoa ' is stale to taste and is expired.
The manufacturing date and the expiry date are not legible and have been rubbed off from the supplier's end.
This is unfair practice and violative of the law of the land.
Please let me know what corrective measures you propose to take.

They are ready to offer ONLY a credit note for the stale product they sent... and ONLY IF I accept this and close the matter.

This is a grossly unfair practice.

I recently bought khapli wheat atta but it's regular atta. I have been using khapli atta from a long time and I knew how it tastes...but amala earth has cheated me by sending regular atta as khapli atta. Never am I going to shop from them again

it’s a online fraud shipping app for the first time i ordered something from amala app my account was debited but order was not placed when i mailed them they keep on sending me some nonsense mail but didn’t return my money or placed my order i lost my money so please don’t shop with this app it is really fraud i did not receive my money

This is your way packing Let me know if this is your way of packing but for how many days this powder must have been lying open like this. I don't know how many kids must have died in it. Should we eat it like this and this powder is also killing us with a bad smell. i want my money back I don't want this .

I bought two brass dinner plate sets worth 10k. The sets don’t look anything like the images shown on the website. The customer support team is not empowered to make any decisions. The team didn’t even bother to call me for 15 days and sent an email that the products can’t be returned. I don’t recommend anyone to buy the products. Very poor customer experience!

Customer service is pathetic, took order/payment and even on delivery date product is not shipped. No customer service at all just voice recorded message. I called almost 15 times. No response never buy from them.

I recently had a terrible experience with Amala Earth and would not recommend this company to anyone. I placed an order with the assurance that I would receive all items, including a promotional freebie.

However, despite fulfilling all conditions and making arrangements for the delivery, I did not receive key items from my order. Amala Earth claimed the shipment was returned to the seller due to "no response from delivery attempts," which is completely false as I was never contacted or informed about any delivery attempts.

To make matters worse, the company refused to reship the items and instead suggested I place a new order. They also informed me that the freebie offer had expired, which feels like a deliberate bait-and-switch tactic to lure customers in with fake promises.

Their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, offering no real solutions to rectify the situation. Adding insult to injury, they tried to market another product to me in their email instead of resolving the original issue.

This experience has left me feeling cheated and disrespected. Amala Earth’s practices are unreliable and unethical, and I urge others to avoid shopping with them. Trust is key in any customer relationship, and this company has failed miserably.

i order the product 1-12-2024 till now i am not recevied and no updates about the product.i trying to open the tracking order link its not opening giving message like link expired.

Very bad quality of furniture , I was delivered a broken end table. They claim that they use teak wood but the piece was a mix of low quality plywood, veneer and some local wood , not even mango wood .
The polish was also all uneven and not even 20% of what was shown in the image on their site. Not worth buying Firniture from them. Their quality is worse than urban ladder and pepper fry

Poor customer care

The stuff online looks good quality and seems like will meet expectations. But completely not worth it. I ordered a dress, it is not good fit at all and the stitching is terrible. The cloth is also not high quality. Doesn't match the price at all. When I called them for return, they said they don't accept return at all and the only option is to take the same product in different size. That was not my problem. the fit was terrible, in whatever size. Quite stringent so please do not waste money. Snooty as hell
