Amazon Publishing Expert 

I have been waiting for 18 months to have my book published. I now know I should have researched this company further before committing money to this project. Every time there is to be a further completion of my book, there is a demand for more money. This continual asking for additional money has gone on for 18 months.

I can not afford to pay any more for this book, and it is way above the original amount quoted to me. Now, Rebecca, who is to be my contact, has not been answering phone calls for the last three weeks. I sent an additional $500 to have some of the pictures improved, which was to take a week at most.
Now, I hear nothing and have no book.

I had been working with Olivia Jamison for a few months. It was going great and then I didn't hear from her for a month. She finally responded but now again I haven't heard from her in over a month. I'm so frustrated because we were so close to publishing, or so I thought. I have no proof that she has the ISBN #, there us still no author page, and she has gone silent. I'm so discouraged and disappointed.

I have a contract with amazonpublishingexperts that I paid my amount and wouldn't be asked for more, and that my book would be completed. After around a year, it wasn't finished. I asked for my money back because they hadn't completed their end of our deal. I was offered 50% back, which isn't what was agreed to both verbally and in writing. It's supposed to be 100%. I believe they're committing contract fraud. I received an e-mail from Chris Hall asking if I was "out of your head". (I think he meant out of my mind.) In the inflammatory, inappropriate, opinion, e-mail, he said he'd refund 50% if I responded. I still don't agree, although I was willing to accept a 70% refund. I sent a complaint to the BBB. The BBB stated they couldn't reach amazonpublishingexperts because the e-mail's being blocked. I responded to the insulting e-mail asking for the 50% refund, stating I'd like to receive that, but it doesn't mean I agree. Still no response. Zoe, Veronica Fallon, and Josh Walter have all blocked me and Chris Hall won't respond. I will wait a few more days, then I will contact the police.

This company could improve by keeping their promises, not telling the author off, and not switching the author to many different people causing more and more time to pass. Stealing from the author is not good practice.

Please don't spend your money on companies like this one, you might lose everything like I did. I will keep this site updated. Thank you for reading.

She was very prompt in returning any phone calls and emails and always so willing to provide assistance.She was also very knowledgeable and even was available to help if she was contacted on her free time . Please take a look at the response these THIEVES left for me. Have they even read my complaint, they hijacked my website, and still owe me a book publishing and two audiobooks, oh, and also sent me a text telling me they have shut down business with me, the following is from a text these thieves sent me; "we have made the decision to close your project entirely. According to our company policies, we are unable to provide any further assistance."
But in their (amazonpublishingexpert.com) response, they want the public to think they are trying to work with me!! This company should be working in the White House, they have great word smiths working on bad reviews.
