Research Carefully before you buy Jewellery online.
I put this review to justify her, and her makes. If they see my review differently then they don't notice/realise that others are giving them bad name. I saw and read a wrong 'Review' by some buyer 'saying the lady bought a Ring from Amelia Scott online which never arrived', I think this lady got mixed with the two.
I'm Sorry if my opinion/review has caused any problem.

We are Amelia Scott our website is www.amelia-scott.com, we were founded in East London in June 2023 and are very much a real website and are a small business that works very hard to build our reputation and design and develop unique and well made products.
We have absolutely no affiliation to Amelia's Jewelry and we also sadly cannot control their advertising or their website activities, our products and price points are very different, we are not closing down and do not go into sale. Our websites and social media presence are very different too.
We have been receiving a number of unfair reviews on Trustpilot with customers who are disgruntled with their service and not ours.
We are so sad to see that you have left a 3 star review when you aren't an Amelia Scott customer - this brings down our overall rating and prevents future people purchasing from our brand and tarnishes a reputation we are working so so hard to build. It can be so damaging for a new and small business.
Please consider leaving a review for Amelia's Jewelry rather than for us as we are innocent of any wrong-doing here and really wish there was more we could do.

Please can you share your order details as requested via trust pilot? Our order numbers start with the letters AS only.
We are a recently formed, small business and work very hard to ensure customers love our products and have a good experience shopping with the brand.
Bad reviews can be extremely damaging especially if not reflecting the service or product from the right company. I would hate for other people to read this review and be put off shopping with us as we are certainly not a scam site.
I can see from your profile you have left another review for a different jewellery company with a similar name that you may have actually ordered from instead?

Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous jewellery. Stunning pieces. Unique and really stand out from other jewellery.
I own a bow ring in all colours. I just couldn’t help it, whenever I wear any of them, it catches eyes of every single person and never goes without compliment. Got to know about brand from one of the boutiques, since shopping online it’s been a pleasure, when needed to return or exchange item customer service was always to a high standards, quick delivery, easy returns and fast refund. Everything always comes beautifully packed, I love luxury velvet boxes and butterfly boxes. When receiving my order, I always feel a personal touch which makes it so special. Gorgeous jewellery and first class customer service
First of all, the jewellery itself is beautiful. It’s so well made, each piece comes in a gorgeous velvet box and the jewellery is a delight to wear. I was luckily gifted the luna moon and stars huggie hoop earrings for my birthday earlier this year. I sadly lost the crescent moon part of one of the earrings and after reaching out to the company to purchase a replacement, they sent me out a new earring free of charge! Impeccable customer service!

The cost of postage and extra postage to over seas , is disappointing, would not recommend
The product is beautiful, but , I was charged an extra 45 euros for delivery ( on top of postage from the Uk , very disappointed

Oh my goodness- where to even begin
Oh my goodness- where to even begin, I’ve bought 2 bits of jewellery from Amelia and both experiences have been incredible. From the communication on instagram, to the presentation of the jewellery, the boxes, the velvet boxes, and the bows and even a handwritten note. Don’t even get me started on the jewellery itself…. It’s just beautiful. I know these won’t be my last purchases. 💕🎀💕
