Wonderful company who sell a wide range of beautiful luxury brands. Brilliant customer service too with Meesha answering any queries and being so helpful. My order arrived so quickly, well packed with some gorgeous extras. Will be ordering again very soon Thank you
I’m so happy with my order everything came perfect in a very nicely packaged box and with some freebies and one of my makeup products wasn’t in stock and they gave me a free product and a similar shade !! very nice packaging and very good customer care
Received suspected counterfeit sachajuan products from this website as I’ve had these products before and they seem much lower quality. I emailed them about it and received no response.

I had never heard of this company before and noticed that they sell a huge array of items. I was searching for a haircare brand that I specifically use on my daughters curly hair. I ordered shampoo, conditioner and styling balm.
The website was easy to navigate and ordering was straightforward. My parcel was delivered - on time - and no bumps to the packaging or damage. I even had 2 free hair samples with mt order which is a lovely perk ☺️. Will order from here again.
A big thank you to Amelia Nour for the super fast shipping, amazing products at great prices, and the lovely surprise of an extra discount and samples. Everything was packed with great care and a beautiful sense of aesthetics. I’m truly impressed I’ll definitely be back for more.

Had a small issue that was quickly resolved. I ordered several items and while they arrived promptly and were as expected, the free gift that was supposed to come with my order was missing.
However, I got in touch and they solved the issue without any hassle. Would def use again as I know they'll fix things that might accidentally go wrong.
I ordered some Evolve face creams. These took six days to be dispatched.
On arrival the Daily Renew cream had cream smeared around the edge of the jar on first opening and the outer box looked to have been opened too.
I contacted the company via email and they replied promptly. They requested a batch number and offered a refund or replacement cream when it was back in stock. Nine days ago I requested a refund and confirmation of this having been processed. I have had no response since and there is no telephone number to contact the company to chase my refund.
Having had no experience with this company prior to this -my first order- I was a little nervous of ordering through them. Turns out my hunch was correct and I have no trust in them. Avoid this company.
Edited 19/11/23 After posting my review I received a prompt email from the company apologising. They had a family bereavement and are a small family company. I received a full refund for the day cream and this was processed quickly. I have therefore changed my rating of Amelia Nour to take this into account.
Excellent customer service, fast tracked delivery and was pleasantly surprised with the free samples I received. I will be shopping from this company again!

Never heard of this company so took a risk and was pleasantly surprised. The site was easy to use and had all the Innersense products I wanted to try. Items were packaged really good and delivered on time. Can't wait to revisit the site
Wonderful customer service
I ordered some hair products and they had a discount as well as a free item. When I couldn’t redeem the free item they manually added it to my order. Shipping was free and very fast and items were packaged with care. I also received extra samples too. All in all amazing customer service and a really nice selection of high end products. I think this is my new cult beauty.

They advertised a product I wanted as free delivery. It’s wasn’t. They charge £3.95 for standard postage or free if you collect from Leicester. I live in the North West.
