amer247.com Avis

Mr. Suhail from Amer 247 helped me greatly with the info that I need to gather for the Holding Visa procedure. He communicated with me clearly and led me to the appropriate channels in getting the Holding Visa procedure done.

While everyone was getting rejected Anjana was the hero She made the whole process smooth and got my visa approved in less than 24 hours

I also know that the Amer Center closes at a certain time but I could see from the documents that she stayed later to submit my application That really meant a lot to me

I truly think she is a treasure to the company and I hope you hire more people like her

Once again thank you Anjana

Honestly, it feels like such a waste of time. The system here is far behind compared to Western countries, and responses over email are really slow. I regret opening a company in a place where the setup cost is even higher than in the USA, yet the service level just isn’t there and officials can come across as unhelpful. At this point, I can only say I wish I had chosen differently.

Dear Nasreen and Amer247 online Team,

Thank you for the exceptional support and assistance. Your proactive customer service approach truly impressed me. I'll definitely reach out for future visa-related matters. I'm more than happy to recommend your team to my network.

Best regards

I had a really bad experience i wanted to renew visa for a family of 4. Mahmoud typed my application 3 were correct and 1 was wrong.
Next day I went and spoke to manager he just simply mentioned ok we refund your money and never tried to investigate what went wrong.
The behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional.
Later I went to another Amer centre hardly 1 KM from this branch
It's completely opposite behaviour and approach they were very professional and cooperative.
I dont recommend anyone to visit this branch.
