Ameri Camden Avis 

Seems like a scam / fake site to me. 3-5 days shipping yet, 7 days later order shows as still processing. No contact ex a hotmail address that isn’t replied to. I’m now wasting my time reporting it to my bank. Other reviews say the same and anything positive I assume is fake (not unlike their clothes). Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE - seller has now responded, and has explained various "hic ups" at their end, from email delivery, to product delivery. TBF to them, they have now got the product to me (belatedly) and refunded 1/3 of the cost as compensation, which seems v fair and to be grateful for. I hope they can sort their "systems" going fwd for everyones sake!

It’s a SCAM!
I bought True Religion jeans at the shop in Camden Town and after spending 80£ for them I found out they were fake!! They’re SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

They are literal scammers!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!I ordered on 17 May and it’s 26June without my item! I’ve chased them a number of times and they have ignored me.

Excellent customer service and prompt solution to matter arising.

Ordered and paid extra for shipping. Didn't arrive for 10 days and was then sent next day after an email I sent complaining. After opening the package I had been sent the wrong product that arrived covered in dust and loose threads. 2 weeks later and still no response email or any communication from them to refund or exchange. Scam site.

I recently ordered from Ameri Camden and was genuinely impressed! They offer such unique, high-quality products that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Everything I received looked even better in person. On top of that, the delivery was incredibly quick—much faster than I expected. Overall, a great shopping experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

I love this shop! I’ve got loads of items from this store and the quality never disappoints. I have ordered the goose jumper from their website and it came within 3 days, I was over the moon. I took my daughter to this store when I visited Camden and she lost her mind over the collection of vintage miss me jeans they had and I treated her to 2 pairs. The girl who was helping her with the jeans was so friendly and easy to speak to as my daughter can be shy but she has been begging me since to visit Ameri Camden again! Thanks guys, you will see us again in Christmas.

Bought two jumpers online and couldn’t be more happier with the quality! Delivery was next day so very fast.

gave me and a friend a deal on joggers in the in real life shop in camdem, and was so exited to find them at such a good price so brought them thinking nothing of it. after going home me and my friend realised they where fake. tried contacting them and got no reply. so called the shop and got hung up on once i explain what happened

I ordered a 'London vest' for my daughter on 21 August 2025 hoping it would arrive in time for her birthday the following month. I gave Ameri-Camden the benefit of time as I had read some reviews that mentioned long delivery times. I finally emailed Ameri-Camden on 17 October, got no reposnse. Emailed again on 3 November - got no response.

I reported the issue of non delivery via the 'Shop' (shopify app) later in the day on 3 Nov and a day later (4 Nov) I have had a notification that the order has been cancelled and a refund issued - this notification is via the Shopify app.

It would appear that the Ameri-camden team don't monitor the emails that come into the address published on their website.

If I hadn't submitted a report/complaint via Shopify I don't think I would have ever received the item/got a refund. So if you are having issues yourself, I would suggest contacting them via Shopify.

Interestingly the Ameri-Camdem website still claims to have 8 of these vests in stock and they state:
"We pride ourselves in providing 24-Hour Customer Service and Super Fast Delivery. All orders are shipped from the UK and delivered within 3-5 days.

Easy Returns & Exchanges!"

unfortunately this has not been my experience and I will not order from them again.

The shirt was described as 100% cotton, but the tag says 65% polyester. I'm sure it's 100% polyester. It will cost me too much money to return it and the company is not willing to refund any of my money.

The service was really great and also when I asked for help they were super available and ready. Also the package came well stored and not ruined. Very good quality totally recommend buying at this store. Also very great spot in camden!

Purchased a T-shirt nearly a week ago. The item has not been dispatched it seems, I had no email to confirm the order is on its way. However, they have charged my card but I have nothing to show for it.
I contacted Ameri Camden twice regarding my order and received no reply at all.
As far as I am concerned, this is a fake online shop/ business, it’s a scam.

Stay well away from them if you don’t wish to be ripped off.

Really well made clothing and quick delivery - had to email about a mistake I made on my order and heard back immediately with the situation resolved - 10/10 products and customer service!!!

Great quality slogan cropped t-shirts that arrived within 2 days. Great service would highly recommend.

Ordered around this time yesterday morning and not even 24 hours later my order arrived. Absolutely over the moon with the quick shipping and with what I purchased. Will definitely be buying from here again! Thanks so much 🩷
