American Beadboard Avis

Just great company, never any issues with getting materials. You order, stuff shows up. No problem. Only recommendation would be to have a traditional baseboard to match beadboard baseboard! I have many customers asking for it! Difficult to get the poplar design beadboard.com has.

Great customer service. They helped me get the correct amount of shiplap for our project when I provided dimensions. The product is excellent when we received it.

Beautiful product, easy to use.

Shipping is very expensive

Bob was super helpful. Shipping was fast. I would definitely use them again. Maybe I would ask that they email out the tracking numbers with the order status that it shipped. Product was perfect.

Represented the product very clearly and delivery was timely.
Samples are extremely helpful.

Asked my contractor to rate the product and here is what he said!

Awesome! It is very good stuff. It's installed.

Quick delivery of very nice samples. I intend to order enough to wrap my kitchen peninsula.

Bob was great to work with throughout entire process.

Great product, quality customer service. I was able to get in touch with a representative to ask questions very easily.

I ordered fire resistant shiplap from American Bead Board, shipped to Michigan. I had a tight schedule to have it here for my trim carpenter to install. It arrived in terrible shape, many boards were not usable at all. The shipping contractor treated it very poorly. I talked to Deb and within minutes she had the situation resolved. She asked how many boards I needed replaced...that was it. The replacement shiplap showed up in great shape and in time to hand it over to my carpenter. Thank you American Bead Board....Thank you Deb!!

Fast delivery easy loading services.
Real nice smart energetic people to deal with!

I found the product I was looking for. I had to call customer service to resolve a problem, and the guy was attentive. fixed my problem right away.

Quick turn around. Easy pick up. Wainscoting looks beautiful with deep details we couldn't achieve by sub-par Home Depot options.

Bob was great to deal with. Got my order out sooner than expected. Shipping was good. Haven't installed yet but product looks great.

You forgot to ship it.

Caused great delay and return trips for carpenters and painters who live an hour and a half away from the project. Delayed acceptance and occupancy of a five million dollar beach house.
When it did ship the carrier informed me on Friday January 6th it would be delivered on Monday January 9th.
At 3 oclock on the ninth I called the carrier. They informed me at that time that the material would be delivered on Tuesday not Monday.
So I drove an hour to their depot and waited an hour for them to find and release my order.
I did this because I had men scheduled to install the material Tuesday and painters coming today, Wednesday.

My motto in all matters is " Aways do the right thing"
No excuses
