Product was well packed and arrived undamaged. Product looks great.

Great company. Took the time to answer all my questions and ensure I had the order I wanted. Very customer service oriented and great product!

This was my second time dealing with these folks ( I am ordering from out of state ), and they are first class all the way - Recommend without any reservation

Bob helped me order the right amount and the order arrived on time. My bathroom looks great thanks to the beadboard. I appreciate your help.

I placed original order with Bob he was very helpful we needed additional items and Bob helped me with those also everything was very easy delivery was prompt.

You guys were great! Product was just as expected! Thank you!

Amazing customer service, fast shipping and great product!

I am a repeat customer. The product is manufactured flawlessly, which distinguishes it from other options. I also like the fact that the company is, essentially, a specialized wood shop owned locally.

Excellent product quality. The combination of the bead card and molding installs easily and looks great. Very helpful and detailed instructions for I stallation and painting.

Wonderful product and experience! Love the thickness and quality of the beadboard. Bob and Deb were very helpful. I put this in my kitchen above our marble backsplash … looks amazing! Like a quilt !

Overall a very good product. One panel had a nick/dent on what you would call the female side of the panel, opposite the tongue side and about 10 inches of baseboard had a crack. Luckily we had extra and was able to work around the two defects. The website says to paint the entire thing once installed, nah, I painted the panels chair rail and baseboard on horses before installation, Way easier and it came out fine. Just touched up spots after installation. Very satisfied with product.

They were very helpful with figuring out my project. They also got my shipment to me very quickly.
I’ll be using them again!

They were helpful in the shipping. When the shipping company called to schedule delivery, I asked if they could change the delivery address to a location 5 miles closer to them. They said they could, but needed American Baseboards okay. Shortly after, An American Baseboard rep called and asked if the shipping company had mentioned that the change of address (5 miles closer) would cost me $120. They had neglected to mention that, so I asked your representative to not allow the address change which saved me $120. Thanks for your attention.

The bead board arrived in a timely fashion, was in good shape, and is of a high quality. It’s now our new backsplash and is beautiful.

I made a call to verify the correct materials to order and if I could specify the lengths for the top cap. The gentleman that answered the phone provided excellent recommendations and said to list the lengths required in the request box. Sure enough my order arrive right on schedule, in perfect condition and everything was cut precisely to the lengths I requested. Couldn't be happier with the quality and service provided! This is my second and probably not my last order.

Customer service was fantastic. Immediate response, even on a Saturday. Product arrived ahead of schedule, precision cut, installed beautifully, and the finished look with paint is amazing.

Very helpful and pleasant experience. Quality martial.

Great product, superior to the stuff carried at the local box stores. The whole process was problem free and very much appreciated.

The owner personally reached out when I had questions; he was knowledgable, timely, and friendly. Product was of great quality. Would definitely purchase again.

Very high quality product and it makes a great presentation. The staff was easy to deal with.
