Terrible customer service. Hash K was very rude when I told him I wouldn't be able to move forward.
Below you will see a reply back from the company, I have screenshots too. I know what was said when I told Hash I wouldn’t be able to do the zoom call. He said “Sorry what?” “We had a call scheduled for 11. What happened to that?” … that is not how you reply to a customer. I do have my own business and thats not how I reply to customers that cancel. There was no reason for him to get mad about it.

I believe there’s been a misunderstanding. Hash only scheduled a meeting with you on Facebook, after which you mentioned that you went with someone else. Following that, we never reached out to bother you again. Kindly refrain from posting false allegations against any business, especially as you also run one. Please remember that God is watching.
We respect those who are not interested and never bother them further. Additionally, we have a screenshot of your message confirming that you chose to go with someone else. We only inquired about the reason at the time and did not contact you again thereafter.
