Uncomfortable situation made better
Estela was very kind and settled the nerves while clearly articulating the instructions and the good and bad of the driving process. The process was very straightforward and structured. Overall made it a good experience.

American Driving Academy Centennial location
The day of my appointment I received a message stating my appointment was cancelled because the instructor was sick. I immediately called American Driving Academy and they made sure I still got an appointment the same day. The instructor I had was Estella, she was very down to earth and helpful with everything. Before the driving test she answered a couple questions I had, and during the driving test her instructions were very clear as to where I was to drive. Following the completion of my drive test she explained exactly how to submit my paperwork to the DMV so that I could upgrade my permit and even gave me a print out on how to upgrade on the DMV website if I choose to. Immediately after passing my test and leaving the driving academy I went to the DMV's website and my test was already in there system. American Driving Academy took the pain out of the whole process of getting my license, thank you!
