I must admit that nothing was missed and all the work was delivered on the due date. There was no risk; they always managed to finish the work and deliver high quality.

The chatt personal was helpful and patient. As a newcomer and about to release my first book, I know practically nothing about the business. Jerry Stevens stuck with me inspite of all my stupid questions and the time my wife needed me to put up some shelves. He waited and pretended perfect to not sound irritated. Haha.
