Joel and the American Sauna team provided excellent guidance from the outset. We were looking for an outdoor barrel sauna for our property in Whitefish, Montana, and were uncertain about the size and configuration that would best suit the site. The team clearly outlined the available options and helped us select the appropriate model without applying any pressure.
They traveled to Montana to complete the installation on site, which significantly simplified the process. The floor-to-ceiling window offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding fields and mountains—a feature our family, friends, and guests will continue to enjoy for years. The craftsmanship is of high quality, and the team’s expertise was evident throughout.
For those seeking a well-constructed sauna and a team that provides thoughtful guidance through selection and professional installation, I would recommend Joel and American Sauna.
