We are very pleased with the comforter
We are very pleased with the comforter. The real test will be when we use it, but we expect it should be wonderful. It appears to be very well made and is very soft and weight is what we were looking for.

No response from customer service email.
Tried to contact customer service. Sent several emails. Never got a response.
The duvet is great quality though. I had accidentally ordered the wrong size and hoping to get that situation fixed I emailed the customer service but no response. 2 starts simply because the duvet I did receive was great but clearly customer service is not a focus here.
