Super crushed
Super crushed. I had ordered from this company before. I loved it so much, I ordered 2! But what came was NOT what I ordered. It was an amethyst but a totally different shape. 😔 Yes. My order was wrong, but right away someone reached out to help me out. Kudos

Have not received order or gotten any…
Have not received order or gotten any updates on it. Status has been the same since June 16 and it is now July 2nd. I only ordered a small piece so it should’ve either arrived by now or I should have some sort of update. I have sent countless emails and have received no replies, absolutely nothing. I can’t get a refund or my crystal because I am not receiving any response back. Disappointed, this crystal was going to be my graduation present but mostly, I want my money back.

Absolutely in love with my crystals! I have had the opportunity to work with various sellers, but the Amethyst Goddess is by far the best. In addition to that the customer service was impeccable! I will be purchasing more items in the future!

I not only found the most beautiful butterfly 🦋 on top of a pink amethyst but I also won her giveaway for the day😊. Everything was packed with care and she included scented dried roses that made everything smell so good. Recently joined a live to mainly just watch, and then saw she had a crystal I had been looking for for the past few months. The quality of the crystal is absolutely beautiful. I also ended up being a giveaway winner, and the gifts I received were just as beautiful!

Purchased, my dream crystal an Aura Butterfly on stand from AG live sale. It hadn’t shipped for over a week, so I sent a message asking about when it would be shipping. Next thing I know, I get a refund. I understand things happen but there was no communication, until after she sent refund. She then sent a message saying sorry but she had to cancel my order bc one of her workers had gotten sick or something. I was extremely, disappointed… I had been admiring items for months and finally was able to purchase, it was supposed to be my Christmas gift from my husband. Ended up with no gift.

Best quality Crystal Shop
I buy crystals here at least once a month and I love this online shop so much. I have not yet seen better quality crystal than the ones from Amethyst Goddess! Stacy is always very helpful and knowledgeable. I must say my most favorite gems have all come from this shop. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality and good energy!

Ordered two ring for my wife’s birthday…
Ordered two ring for my wife’s birthday and the web site said it was in stock then get a email a week later stating one is out of stock and I’m getting the pink opal then got another email stated that the blue stone one is refunded then got another email stating that I’m getting the blue stone and I’m not getting the opal and then got a refund for the cheaper ring this company just messed up my wife’s birthday gifts thanks
