Ammunition Store Avis 

First time order with the company. Ordered 1000 rounds of Speer 9mm target ammo at a very competitive price. Placed the order Sunday night. Was contacted Monday morning to forward documentation that my state requires. Received the order via fedex ground the following Thursday afternoon, and in good condition. I've seen some of the negative reviews, but all I can say is that I received my order quicker than I would have anticipated in the current environment, at reasonable cost, and communication was excellent. Not much more you can really ask for from a business. I appreciate the good service and would order from this business again.

I ordered 1000 rds. of american eagle on june 24. They said it was in stock but my FF:. dealer held things up over the weekend. monday morning it was all fixed and item shipped out that night. I received ammo on thursday around noon everything in great shape. i stayed in touch with allyson and everything went smooth.

This company will hold your order as hostage even it's their mistake. I ordered ammo and they send me a different order. They put the burden on me to send it back through FedEx, been to several Fedex offices but doesn't accept ammo drop off.

Stay away. Order 500 rds 9mm, payed by PayPal wanted me to pay by family and friends and I did. seemed fishy they didn't ask for permit number or anything. the very next day I asked to cancel order no response tried 4 times no response. Thank god I used my credit card disputed charge we will see where it goes.

I know ammo supplies are rough. I bought .30-06 wolf brand Nov. 2020. It took a little while to get what I ordered but it came in for a good price. Its only gotten worse since then and I wish I could go back and reorder.

Got exactly what I ordered. Ammo I ordered was in very high demand so expensive, but at least I was able to order it. A lot of online retailers don't even let you back order. Showed up 8 days from placing the order. All cartridges were accounted for... I've read some people say they had trouble with carriers stealing some. Haven't had a chance to fire it yet but service was great

Another price gouging ammo supplier. I hope when the shortage is over people remember who screws them...

I had a great experience, I ordered ammo Thursday night January 7, 2021 and had it on my doorstep the following Thursday. It was my first time ordering with them and I was concerned after seeing some of these reviews but I have to say the transaction was excellent, as a matter fact it shipped in five days despite their website saying to give them 7 to 9 days. I will order from them again.

I have to put in a good word here. I ordered two boxes of ammo on 12/6. They told me right up front that because of the current situation it wouldn't ship for 13-15 days. Eleven days later I got a notice that it shipped, and two days after that I got my ammo. To boot, my Makarov 9x18 ammo is not easy to find.

Although there was a long wait time, I feel that is fairly standard with the current supply chain volatility due to COVID restrictions. When I found that there had been an error in my order-filling, they were quick to respond and effectively gifted me an ammo box. Also, one of the few places to have availability right now, which deserves credit in and of itself.

Rip-off. Charged my card 3 weeks ago for ammo that has never shipped. Company does not respond to emails or voicemails. Disputing my credit card and filing a complaint with the Florida Attorney General‘s office.

The Seller was very available for contact & I found his communication and character was totally professional and very kind & very helpful to make my buying experience a pleasant one,
I'm not certain what or whom the other unhappy Buyers complaints about the Seller but He went beyond the scope of very excellent service that I have found just about totally missing in our country and the world!
He is a younger guy but with an old school understanding & has shown that he is very honest & reliable!
He even gave me a free upgrade in order to satisfy me! I will buy from h very soon & for life as long as he is in business!
Thanks Heath for you are breath of fresh air in our troubled world today where breathing normal can land one in a hospital or morgue!

Stay away! No answers, Mailbox full, No callbacks, no updates. No emails, It just looks likes someone who tries o steal your money! I had to dispute my purchase and get my money back!

After 3 weeks with no response when trying to contact them or no effort on their part to notify me of 'when' my ammo might ship, I had my cc company cancel the order. Appears to be a one person operation out of their garage.

No product for weeks now. FedEx says package lost. Many very poor reviews of this company now, wish I had known earlier. Shady company, DO NOT order from them!!! They should be prosecuted and shut down!

Ordered August 30 was told 18 to 20 days received order on September 17 they kept in touch with e mail after shipping took 2 days. I will buy ammo from them again. God bless and don't worry be happy!

My experience was a good one. It took a few days to fill the order but 2 weeks after my order date I had my ammo. No complaints.

20 days just to fill order? Covid, ammo SHORTAGE? No reason for the long delay. Figure give them a try, wont be a next time. They say my order is in stock but taking longer to fill. Why? NEVER AGAIN. STAY AWAY,unless you like to wait. I will not mention other company I order all the time from but from order to home 4 days.

They claim to have a real-time inventory system, stating that if you can add an item to your cart then its in stock. However I don't believe this to be true as I have had two orders that just sat in awaiting fulfillment for over two weeks.
Overall bad customer service and dishonest marketing. They did refund my money quickly though.
