Amp Spring Avis 100

BEWARE!!!! I ordered a jumpsuit from amp-spring but immediately realized it was not for me. I contacted the company that same day of order and requested to cancel the order and from that moment on I got the run around because they said the order could be cancelled before being created and shipped. I sent emails requesting to cancel the order from day one the first time they replied they said it was already sent which was a lie because I did not receive a shipping confirmation until about 12 days after placing the order and going back and forth with them. This is a scam DO NOT order from them. I received the jumpsuit after almost a month and the material is very cheap it will pill at the first use and the seams are loose.

If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Same as all others, I ordered two jumpsuits, and received the items that were much too small and of poor quality. I emailed the customer service to get a refund. They made me take pictures and then said they didn’t have a quality issue in the warehouse. Didn’t even address the sizing issue. Don’t buy anything. It’s a scam.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I'm just annoyed by this experience. I wish I had looked them up before ordering online. they quality of the romper I bought (advertised like crazy on Instagram) was complete crap. I tried to return... they wanted me to take pictures of the damaged item. Said it wasn't damaged, it was just poor quality, and I don't want it. Said that since they didn't send a damage good, they would not send me the refund address. Crazy.

This jumpsuit is a ridiculous design, I ordered a size medium and it certainly looks like a good fit if I hold it up against my body. The problem is, - the only way to get in is through an 8 inch neck hole!!! No zipper, buttons or snaps and the material is NOT a stretchy cotton as advertised, its a crappy nylon. Save your money. So far, they are not issuing a refund.

Do not order this products. Quality is not what you’d expect and customer service is terrible.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering my jumpsuits. They gave me such a good deal, so I bought two!! Of course, they came (too late for me to use on my cruise) and were such poor quality and not as described on the site....AND too small. When I asked about an exchange or refund, they apologized and suggested that I give them as gifts to someone else. OMG!! I wouldn't give such a low quality gift. LOL!!

Lesson learned...DO NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!

I agree with everyone else on here. My order bore no resemblance to what I was expecting. The pictures and reviews are from the Spanx website!! I was offered a refund of $5 and told to give it away!! Appalling customer service and a complete scam. My reviews have been taken down within seconds!!

I wish I could give 0 starts this company is 100% a scam. What ever jumpsuit they use in their advertising is not the product they sell. I ordered 2 sizes and could not get wither past my knees and the material is the worst type of cheap polyester in the world. Customer service is terrible and will not do anything to help. They told me that since they sent me the correct items that they could not refund me. Do not buy from them!!!!!

I asked for instructions to return jumpsuits because it did not fit. Their website clearly states you can return but they won't let you just because they sent the correct size. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SITE. They are NOT TRUSTWORTHY

What kind of a scam is this? Jumpsuits AND water fountains? No actual "address" where the product is shipped from. Looks fishy, smells fishy, not buying and warning others too!

This company is a scam. I agree with all the reviews. I waited for my jumpsuits and was so excited. It took weeks before I got them. I ordered medium because I am always a medium. But they arrived and too small. I cannot even wear them at all. And when I told them about it, they don’t offer returns. This is a SCAM!!! Don’t order from them!!!

100% agree with other reviews that the sizing is wrong and they refuse to refund. I cannot get the large over my hood because the waistband is too small. They refuse to offer a refund or return address.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Do not buy from them. I bought a jumpsuit from them after seeing it advertised on a Instagram. On their website it says it’s loose so order your normal size or a size smaller. I ordered my normal medium that I wear in every other company and it came and was way too small. Like a xs. The pant legs were supposed to be wide leg and they were tapered. Not at all what they advertised. They’r their website said it’s 100% guarantee that they’ll refund or return the product if it doesn’t fit. Instead I’ve gone back and forth with them several times now and they want to offer my $5 refund when I paid $40! The product is not what they advertise and they won’t help you make it right.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I am seeing these other reviews with the exact same experience I had. I ordered the jumpsuits in size 2XL and waited for weeks to get them only to have them arrive and be made of a sort of heavy and plasticy feeling fabric, not soft and airy as is written in the description. I also could not get the jumpsuit on. The only way to put it on is by stepping through the neck hole, which was only big enough for one of my legs to fit through. I took my measurements carefully and ordered according to their website. They also told me that the warehouse shipped the size that I ordered, and in a strange defensive way, said that this product has been sold for years with excellent reviews and is high quality at a fair price. I did not get any return address or anything.

I received my jumpsuit and it us totally wrong. I ordered size medium, which I am and it is too short in the body and the legs are way above my ankles. I am 66kgs and 5ft 8. I emailed your customer care and basically was told, too bad, it's what you ordered and give it to a friend. I feel totally scammed and want a refund

I, too, ordered 2 of the jumpsuits (it was a sale), both in a medium as literally everything I wear is a medium.
I received the items after several weeks and was excited to wear them. I tried them on, and they were ridiculously too small. There is no way that they are a medium - at least not in North American standards (which might actually be the issue here).
I contacted the company right away and explained the issue. I told them in the email that I wished for a refund and to please let me know what the next steps would be. Like the other review, they told me that there was no error and I should find someone to just give them away to.
Terrible customer service. I would definitely not recommend ordering anything from this company.

I've ordered 2 jumpsuits medium size looking at the size chart on their site. Got the package, I've tried them and they are way too small. Wrote immediatly to the support email address provided on their website explaining the problem because before giving the return address which appears nowhere, they ask for the reason.
They answered that the size was according to order which is true but when I've replied that I took their chart to select the right size, they told me to give them to someone I know. So they won't do anything to help and didn't give the return info.
I've wrote a bad review on their site but was taken off fews seconds after so they just have 5 stars reviews...
This compagny don't care about customer satisfaction.
I don't recommand the compagny at all.
