We had an amazing experience with this company, Luke, Claire and Shanita in particular. We have a non standard construction house, and some debt to consolidate. A previous company really dragged their feet, which caused anxiety and stress, but AMS have been so professional and their communication has been excellent. Would 100% recommend

Was a bit dubious with some of the claims on the website and other reviews, but I cannot recommend AMS enough. I am an extremely critical person, but from Luke taking the first call through to Shanita at the end, the process has been seamless. I will definitely recommend and bear in mind for the future.

I am a self-employed contractor working outside IR35, who has recently set up as Ltd company.
I had reached out to various mortgage brokers who all said the same thing "its not possible to get a mortgage, you will need a minimum of 2 years books" so I had pretty much given up. A few weeks had passed and I thought I may as well try, the worst anyone can say is no.
