Well where do I start, I found ams online after trying to get a Mortage via tml who I must say were a complete waste of time close to 4 months only to refuse after sending numerous copy of paperwork, and sometimes awaiting 7-10 days for a reply, I had one missed/late payment on my file 3 months ago so after frantically searching for a new lender as our offer on house was accepted 4 months ago, ams came up I gave them a call Friday and spoke with connor then luke, by Monday a dip was waiting for me so fast wow, I thought surely after this it would be much slower, but no that was not the case, my file was handed over to Claire who worked tirelessly asking for a few bits of paperwork nothing to extreme, 3 weeks later (today) received a full Mortage offer absolutely delighted, so from the bottom of my heart thank you Claire your amazing, Luke and all other people involved, you made a dream come true of owning a home, with love, ali, Tara

Ams morgages came through for me when other companys failed, Conner was great and started the initial process, Claire and sanita have been amazing and secured me my morgage :) there were very helpful in answering my question and very efficent when replying to my calls. AMS came through when others couldn't!

Having used another broker who failed to secure a mortgage despite being open and transparent, from a simple Google search found AMS and spoke with Luke who found me a well priced mortgage on the first attempt. The support team (Claire & Shanita) at AMS have also been brilliant keeping me up to date answering my random questions, despite them having to move offices part way through. Would highly recommend AMS

Good communication and service

Luke, Claire and Shanita have all been amazing. We accrued a lot of debt from our house renovation and wanted to remortgage to pull out equity to clear it. We struggled directly with the main banks and had a terrible experience with another broker. I can honestly say the customer service at ams has been brilliant. Great communication and they have worked quickly to get us remortgaged before Christmas. I would highly recommend!

After being rejected from a high street lender , Luke secured us an offer within a week. I read some reviews of AMS, and was a little sceptical that the company would be out to charge me sky high fees and tie me into costly agreements. This was not the case. Where do I start what a fantastic company AMS are. There staff are so polite and really helpful I mean really helpful nothing is to much trouble for them. I dealt with shanita mostly who is fantastic and so caring and genuine but also luke and clare and everybody else just give there all for you. I will be recommending AMS to anybody who struggled to get a mortgage. Thank you AMS we really couldn't have done it without you.

I contacted the company and spoke with Luke Taylor, haven't dealt with him last year when completing a mortgage.

There is a lack of communication and you have to be chasing up on the status of an application. Last year I was provided incorrect information and had to chase up Luke to provide me correct information on fees and what the status of my application was on multiple times.

Recently I contacted the Luke again for another mortgage and again lack of communication and incorrect information was supplied by the lender, obviously lesson were not learnt from last year.

I spoke with his manager David McCrum who I found to be very abrupt and was more about masking over the upset I had and getting the work done.

They both could learn better how to listen to the customers and show some consideration on the customers needs. They both seem not interested when a client is upset regarding incorrect information been passed on or being accused of something that isn't true.

I felt that I could no longer use them has a broker and I have gone else. Beware of the the two staff I have mentioned.
