I came across AMZ founder, a scammer through Facebook. I established contact with them and someone could convince me to go for a deal to establish and run a Shopify store. So, I invested $3000 through wire transfer. They come up with a list of prospective businesses for me. I picked pet products for my store. They prepared a website by a bunch of unprofessional developers with so many mistakes. I repeatedly informed them about the mistakes but they could never solve the issues. They hosted in Shopify and started a FB page for my store. But because of the faulty website, I could not manage to sell even a single product. Then I abandoned the store. After a few months, someone with a fake name (they use fake names), called me and asked me to open an Amazon store. He came up with a very convincing business model and assured me to make up for the loss from the previous project. I trust people so quickly. So I entered the trap for the second time. I invested $2000 for LLC creation and seller certification. They did it by taking two months. After that, they asked for another $1000 for VPS. I wanted to pay monthly, but they insisted on an annual subscription. I paid $1044 for that. After that, they asked for money for inventory. I paid one company (given by AMZ founders) $3477.54 (through wire transfer, they insisted on that method of payment). Within 2 weeks the store was supposed to start selling and generating income. But for almost a month it did not. Then they come up with another excuse that the inventory seller is out of stock and they got the money back. They now come up with another vendor to supply products to Amazon for my store. They took another two weeks. After 4 weeks they could not do anything. I was calling them to talk to the person of my contact, but he never picked up my phone. Whenever you call them, someone picks up so that you get the impression that they are caring for you.
But in fact, it is how they cheat. From my experience with them, I find that they are scammers working from outside the USA. So please, please, please never deal with them. Initially, they will impress you with eye-catching research and profit prospects, but end of the day they will give you a big zero. If you have money do something on your own. Never believe them. If you find any positive reviews, these are fabricated. Anybody wants more specific information, may contact me. I will love to share.

First of all their address on the website is fake. I have invested almost 20k for my Amazon, Shopify and Walmart. I have not get a single penny yet from this investment. I gave money $7000 to AMZ founders on Feb 2024. Until now none of the account is live. Every time I’m getting different excuses from AMZ providers. Every time they are just trying to crate different situations and extract money from clients. They will put you in such a situation that you will pay money to them to make your account active but it won’t happen. One related incident, they asked me to pay supplier for the inventory. Then they hold the money and they told me that it’s in progress. After a month they told me that the supplier is taking more time so you have to take paid subscription. I paid $2700 for paid subscription in August 25. Until then I’m getting different excuses everyday. Last week they told me that the inventory was shipped to Amazon and when I asked them to provide the shipping information they were not able to provide the shipping details. For Walmart they took money from Feb and still it’s not active. I followed up many times and then they applied on August and it was rejected. Then they asked me to pay $3000 to do ADA and GMB to be applied in the website to get it approved. After that also Walmart account is not even approved. For Shopify they told me that they will take care of all advertisements, influencer marketing and it will definitely generate revenue. But nothing happened like that. I have been just paying the subscription since March 2024. It’s hard to contact them and you will not get any response from them. Now they are saying so many employees left the company so work is getting delayed. This is a fraud company and they just take money from the client without doing anything. I have to file a law suit to get back my money. Please stay away from this scam.

Update 11/11/024
Last week I got call from AMZ founders on 10/30/2024 and that person told me that he is from legal team. They are going to sort out this issue he told me that they are going to refund the money and they will let me know how much it would be on 11/04/2024. I called and that person told me that he was busy and he will need some more time and gave me another date 11/08/2024. I called on 11/08 but that person didn’t pick the call and AMZ customer service told that he is a senior manager and he had some urgent work so he left early. When I asked he told me that he is from legal team then the customer service person told me that as he is a senior manager he also handle legal stuff. I called again today and I got to know that person not in office today and they setup a meeting for tomorrow. I’ll wait until tomorrow and if I don’t get the refund then I have to lodge fraud complaint on BBB. They are just dragging it…..
Update 11/15/2024
On 11/12 I talked to the senior manager and he told me that their finance team is working on the refund and they need 1 more week. I told I can wait until 11/14 and I need to know when they will refund the money. He promised that he will definitely talk to me on 11/14. I have been try to contact him since 11/14 and the customer service person keep saying that he has been busy with other clients. I have been talking to him since 10/30 and he always says that he needs 1 more week. He is just trying to buy more time. I gave them enough chances and today I lodged a fraud complaint against AMZ founders on BBB. If AMZ founders won’t respond to them then they will take further legal action.
Update 11/18/2024
On 11/15/2024 I got call from another employee from Amz founders and she was asking all details to take care of my accounts. I told her as I already wasted 9 months I don’t want to waste again and just refund my money. Then she told she will request the finance team for refund. Then all of sudden they activated the products on Amazon as FBM and she sent email the finance team is refusing to return as the product is already activated. They provided the reason that as it reached to Amazon after November first so Amazon didn’t allow FBA and they had to add as FBM. Since the day 1 when they added the products, those were added as FBM and he had no intention for FBA. Th eperson provided me all wrong information and lied all the time. As per the contract I paid money for FBA and took the supplier subscription for FBA. I paid the money on 08/24/2024 and why it took more time to send to Amazon. They don’t have any products and there are bunch of liars. They activated the products with wrong price and shipping charges. Also the products are not matching which I paid $7179. They are just doing fraud and activated the product as FBM with wrong price so that they don’t have to return money.

First of all they delayed my website , then handed me over an incomplete website but someway how i did everything by myself for paid for nothing , but as soon as i closed my store they sold my domain to someone else without my permission . I send them an email and haven't got anything back from them . They can't be trusted .

I'm writing this review in hopes that no else falls for their "Tell you anything" you want to hear jargon and switch and bait. Most clients need some sort of help setting up their store sites. I'm still waiting for things to be completed and constantly get the run around (lies). Very pushy in having clients create seller accounts on big name platforms and wanting you to purchase products to sell so they can get a split. If that's another service that they offer that is great but don't make it sound like their doing you a favor. I get it they are in business. Then they continually want to have zoom calls (they use a free version and after 30 minutes it automatically ends). Just do what you advertise and are initially hired for. I will give them a few more days to complete whats taking forever on their end. If not I will make a formal complaint to the BBB in New York.

String you along until you can no longer request a refund or a charge reversal with your financial institution. Missed every single deliverable date!

They are scammers please DO NOT DEAL with this company they will take your money and give 30$ to a fiverr guy to work for you with no results and harassing you for money you cannot ask for refund when you discover what they were doing they keep your money SCAMMERS DO NOT

They say they can build you a business and start making sales organically but then start to call and text you non stop trying to get you to so payed adds. Then will try to sell you other stores while not even making one sale from the one you already paid for, after 6 months. The are a scam!

**Updating my review. Please stay away from this company. They promise you sales but it is dropship from big box retail with little to no profits. They also bait and switch. They charge you for one thing and don't tell you that you will need something else. My Walmart store got shut down and they used one of my gift cards that I had purchased to buy items for resale. When I reached out to them about it they didn't respond.

Don't fall for their fake advertisement and purchased bot reviews and read the reality about their work . Let start with their poor performance , they just talk a lot but when it comes to work , they took forever to handover me my incomplete and full of errors website and yet they charged me $1000 . It took them yet another 1 month to barely adjust some errors while i was paying $40 a month to shopify with zero sales . I had to take things in my hands and complete my website , add products to it and pay for my own advertisements , they don't even know how to create a shipping profile within states or international since most of their work is handled in other coutries (India). The amount of work they did for me can't even cost $50 now a days while others are offering free website designing with 20 products . I barely managed to get just 30% of my amount back from them while they took my $700 . I mailed them last time and ask for some details about my website hosting server so i can transfers it but they never get back to me , so please guys don't fall for them and save your money . There are people offering way better then them for free or $99 only . Thanks

I have had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. I initially paid $1500 for an Amazon store in February, but then decided to switch to a Shopify store, for which I paid another $1500. It is now July, and I have encountered numerous issues with transferring ownership of my store.

I have been dealing with this for almost 3 months, and today, when I tried to transfer the ownership, they put themselves as the owner and me as staff. When I asked them to fix this and provide me with the password for the transfer, they made up all sorts of excuses. This company is a scam, and I am extremely upset and frustrated.

I have never experienced so many problems with a business before. I am going to contact my bank to reverse the charges of $1300, minus the amount I paid for the LLC. I paid for the LLC, which doesn't cost as much as they charged me, so I will only keep that amount.

This company is the worst. They are not even based in the United States but are located in Pakistan. They have wasted my time and energy, and I will not trust them with a significant amount of money ever again. I'm glad I only paid $1500 and not the full $6000. This whole situation is a complete disaster, and their behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

These guys are nothing but scam artists. They charged me $3000 for LLC registration and Amazon account setup. Five months later the Amazon account has not been set up, my emails are unanswered. Stay away!

All I can say, is these guys are a bunch of clowns. They don’t buy wholesale they actually buy from another company and then they try to jack the price of 100% on your online Walmart Walmart or Amazon store horrible horrible experience

Signed up with this company on March 29, 2023 for them to create and run my Shopify business along with ads. This was a terrible decision on my part. The contract stated that everything would be complete and a/b testing for ads would start shortly after 30 days. From the first week, there were lies and lack of communication. Today marks 81 days since I signed up and paid this company. I am waiting for my full refund as they have breached our contract and given me nothing but excuses. Stay away from this company, as they will waste your time and money! Oh and I called out David and was ignored. Only adding because they tried to get me to delete. Run from this company. Update 8/26/23 I got a text from Harry today the guy that did nothing for my e commerce that he was going to lose his job if I don't delete the review. Do your job and this review wouldn't of been written. STAY AWAY. New update as of 10/5/23/ Amz has flagged this comment because they do not believe this is genuine. They tried this in the past and failed. Do you job and you won't have to worry about bad reviews. I have all the proof in a text from harry the guy put in charge of my file. Also, i have the refund from the company agreeing they didn't follow through with the contract, yet this company is trying to get this comment deleted when they know its 100% true. I already sent all the info included the contract to Trustpilot to make sure this comment stays up for good. Shame on this company for trying to get this comment erased for not doing their job. Be careful everyone. Update 5/28/24 I got an email from trustpilot that amz believes that my review includes content which goes against Trustpilot's guidelines. They are trying to do everything to get there review removed. I will do my best not to let this happen as I hope to share my experience so that it doesn't happen again to someone else.
