Lost over $10k and counting. Contract states if you choose the 1 year for $5k sales are expected to be $200k+my total was $30k for the year. Out for the 20 or so products I sold 3 made profit and it was in the hundreds not thousands.. All others were a loss more than I purchased for. Feasibility reports they give you before purchasing products are a joke. You dont come anywhere near selling what it shows. As stated basically everything sold was at a loss be it FBA or FBM

They mix some FBM and FBA. FBM had constant problems from the get go with late shipments or customers never getting the product. Constant emails from amazon stating they will shut me down. Eventually my FBM was shut down due to dozens of late shipments and customers never getting their products. Some were not delivered and some were delayed for up to a month and by that time you already send the refund so you are giving away products. I had over $3k in refunds for FBM alone due to late shipments or customers not getting their products. I was not alone in this as I saw another sellers that use amz geeks get bad reviews because of this. Excuse after excuse. Its UPS, its weather, prep center is backed up. One blames the other. If UPS had screwed up shipping that bad they would not be in business.

Purchased a website for $1200. Included in this price was supposed to be listing products on the website, advertising and setting up domain emails. The website was created with fake products and THATS IT. I brought up the fact that I paid $1200 for the site for things to be done to 3 different PM's and the director and they make excuses and will get back to me on it. 11 months in now and the website still has some random Singapore phone number and contact listed.

So 3 PM's. 2 of them an email was sent saying the person got promoted which they didnt.. They were either fired or quit. They took contact when they left. They reached out to me trying to recruit me to whatever company they moved to. Same happened with the Director Ben. He tried recruiting me for Walmart. Communications is horrible, I had to follow up multiple times on quite a few occasions to get answers. Days on end waiting for replies This is a problem especially when customers email asking questions. You have 24 hours to respond to them on amazon.

Shane who was the last PM was the best of the ones I had. I ended up with a section 3. Amazon was stating 2 products were counterfeit. He worked hard getting all the info LOA's etc.. to get it resolved. It was eventually resolved. All in all that order with the section 3 was close to $15k. If we did not resolve that I would have had to recall all of it and it would have been a major loss. All in all this was a terrible experience a HUGE loss of money and waste of time with lots of aggravation. Follow what you read and stay far away from these places.

Not good experience

The first rep was very informative of the process. Then 2 weeks later he got promoted. So I got a new consultant. I started May 1. I did everything they asked at that moment so I could start fast. I have paid 1500 in total for their fees, 2000 for inventory, and about $130 in Amazon dues so far. It's August 17 and I have not sold one product. I am thankful AMZ Geeks waived my fee for August at my request. They basically shared what I should be making by month 3. I have made zero dollars. I give pass for the first 30 days, no sales, June, July or now August. Totally disappointed in this process. Now I have to try and get a refund on AMZ Geeks fees. They did not do what they promised. Can't do anything with the inventory with Amazon. Money gone. I saw all the positive reviews from Trust Pilot. It was the only reason I signed up. Well something is not right.

BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I am hoping by writing this review so that no other person will be taken advantage of by this company. I paid them 5000 to manage an Amazon Seller Account in February of 2025. Once I paid the initial payment I was told I would be up and running within 30 days. They filed for an LLC account for us which they messed up by putting the wrong information on the account so it had to be re-filed. Once that took place they told me to open a business checking which I never even needed. Up until that time we were never informed how to use the dashboard for the account and were given a man named Abdul to manage our account that would never returned calls and would only face time you while sitting there smoking his vape and not even answer or address any of your concerns. An additional 2500 was paid to purchase inventory a couple of months later and then it took additional time to set that up, so now 3 months in we are about to go live and again, excuse after excuse went on and on. When speaking with Hassan about the service he informed me of all the complaints about Abdul from other customers and said he had been let go. Then comes in Ben, who I asked for my money to be returned after sales were a joke after being told an amount that would be made and I made no where near that. He wrote up a refund paper and never honored that. After call after call after call I was given to yet another person Jeff Wesley who acted as a rep for so called corporate and HE was just shocked and amazed at how we had be treated and was going to get that refund from corporate within 10 days. Here we sit with my fiance dying from colon cancer and out 7500 that we need for treatment and they are still taking advantage of people. Also, this is the only platform I was able to find reviews on for this company and thought it could be trusted so I hope they do the right thing and post this so no on else has to go through what we have. I have every piece of documentation, text messages and phone calls to support this claim. Jeff also claimed the refund was processed on their end and that was about 6 weeks ago but will not return calls anymore. BEWARE!!!!!!! UPDATE.... After almost a month of no return correspondence about my refund I received a text after they reviewed the review to tell me it is still being processed and those funds just aren't readily available and I should feel bad for hurting their business. I was told 5-10 days for a refund and was told my concerns were valid by them. I would never post a false review for anyone and have so much proof of what took place that I would be glad to share if you are experiencing the same issues. Long story short no keeping of their word to issue a refund just texting to ask me to take the review down.... it's funny how you can make a transfer to pay them in a matter of minutes but they can not do the same. Just more run around. Still can not have name or number of anyone who is issuing the refund. UPDATE!!! 9/6/2025 I have never heard from anyone or gotten a response to any messages sent about my so called refund since the time they reached out to tell me it was so wrong to call them out. I was so happy to see the review above mine because it is exactly the same as they did with me. Offer additional free months of managing the account and also purchasing products that dont sell and a comparable product can be bought elsewhere for half the cost. I hope more people come forward and tell about their experiences if they sound the same. I made a promise to them that I will not stop until they make things right and we are starting our chemo procedures and we could sure use OUR money back for those treatments! SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Waited a few months to review - totally worth it!

Didn’t want to write a review too soon, but after 4 months in, I can confidently say this was one of my smartest investments. They do everything. Vendor deals? Check. Logistics? Check. Customer support? Yup. I’m already planning to launch a second store with them ✅

Could Be Better

They definitely know their stuff, and my store is making money, but I wish there was more transparency in the process. Sometimes it felt like I had to reach out to get updates instead of them proactively keeping me informed. That said, results are there and I'm 15k richer in 3 months, so I can’t complain too much.

Not Gonna Lie, I Was Skeptical

Tbh, I thought this was gonna be one of those “too good to be true” things, but man… these guys are LEGIT. They literally set up my Amazon store from scratch and now I’m making sales daily. If ur on the fence, just do it. Worth every penny.

Good service, but be patient

Overall, they do what they promise. It took a little longer than expected to see real results, but once things got going, it was worth it. They take care of all the backend work, and I’ve definitely seen an increase in revenue. Communication could be a bit faster, but still a solid experience.

I wasted SO much time trying to figure out dropshipping and FBA myself. Should’ve just gone with Amz Geeks from the jump. They got everything on lock - product research, ads, scaling. Now I just sit back, check my dashboard, and watch my numbers go up.
