I got the thinkpad 2-in-1 with the i5 core 8th gen, 16gb ram and SSD
This is a beast of a machine, small and sleek , perfect for on the go
I was lucky to buy is while the prices where cheaper , the market has risen prices again. The current price is still a good deal, buy it now before the market rises again
I got a call in regards to a delay in the delivery, I had purchased on a Saturday before the markets opened . As such they had to order more in and kept me in the loop about delivery, which came to me before the next weekend which was my main concern

Only one of two items was delivered
Only one of two items was delivered. Paid for two day shipping. No information about the second item or follow up. No clear way to submit customer service ticket.

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience.
Both items were shipped the next business day, one from our warehouse and the other directly from the distributor using express next-day delivery. Unfortunately, we were not informed of any courier delays.
The email notifying us of the partial delivery was sent outside business hours. As soon as we were back in the office the following morning, we contacted the courier to investigate the delay. The second item was delivered within two hours of us becoming aware of the issue.
Once again, we apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do.
