Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. Ross took the time to explain best practice for applying the pre-clean products and provided advice on how to use the interior foaming spray.
The products themselves are high quality. The Ultra Mitt makes washing the car so much easier and the puro car shampoo and hydra clean (glass) left the car sparkling.
I would highly recommend.

A-Kem car cleaning products
The items i ordered came on time and well packaged. The products A-Kem sell are top drawer for car buffs. I love using these products on my car as the car looks as if it came out of a showroom after cleaning.
Would highly reccommend all A-Kem products.

Poor customer service
Ordered a week ago, still haven’t received my item. Emailed twice for an update as the item has not been shipped from the store and have received no response at all. A-Kem please contact me to discuss further.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
On checking we had no emails from you in our inbox but I did find the two as you say you sent in our junk folder.
My one and only telephone number is provided on all orders as well as my website. Perhaps after you didn’t get a response to your first or even second email you might have considered calling us.
I know that’s what I would do, but maybe that’s just me being logical instead of immediately launching into a 1 star review. But like I say. Maybe that’s just me.
I’ve sent you a full refund as you shouldn’t have to wait more than a week for an item. This is far from the norm as you would have seen from all my 5 star trustpilot reviews.
I also seen the ordered item was an AVA gun, and as you haven’t bought the washer from me, nor any of our other products from our extensive range; the easiest and quickest resolution is to refund you in full and hope AVA can supply you directly.

Purchased the AVA P80, Ross talked me through all the options and the details and we selected the pressure washer that met my needs. I Have tried all of the A-Kem range I don't believe there is a bad product in it.
Personal Favorites are Hybrid and Clearview.
