John was extremely helpful extremely fast and professional he was supposed to have help show up and no one showed for the pick up to help him..but that did not stop him doing everything by himself.he did receive help on dropoff only one other person..also John traveled through a snow storm to make it to the drop off on time..John was by far an amazing person to have move me and my family usually when I was in the military it was a team of 5 people to move me and my family.. with John he did everything by himself he deserves a promotion and a raise.

Helpful and Efficient
John and his guys were very helpful! We booked through a third party but found that working with Anapa was easier than the company we originally booked with. They were quick and handled our furniture with care. I would definitely book them again.

Avoid This Moving Company at All Costs!
This was, without a doubt, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The company was hired through a third-party broker, and what was initially quoted as a $4,000 move quickly ballooned to $7,000 due to their blatant overestimation of cubic footage. My 650 sq. ft. one-bedroom apartment simply did not take up the 1,000 cubic feet they claimed—especially when my belongings were crammed into half of a Penske truck along with another customer’s load. Realistically, my portion was likely around 850 cubic feet at most, but they refused to adjust the price.
Communication was an absolute nightmare. They were difficult to reach, and on top of that, they only accepted cash or Zelle, which felt incredibly sketchy. When my belongings finally arrived, I discovered that they had broken my TV—the same TV they packed themselves. To make matters worse, when they came to pick up my things, one of the movers wouldn’t leave my apartment until I left a review on the spot.
This company made moving ten times more stressful than it needed to be. If I had done more research beforehand, I would have read up on my rights as a consumer (FMCSA Moving Rights & Responsibilities) and never gone with them in the first place. Do yourself a favor—avoid shady third-party movers like this. Instead, consider using a POD company and hiring local movers to load/unload your stuff. You’ll save yourself a lot of money and headaches.

This team was absolutely incredible. We used them twice in one week to move our stuff into storage so we had 2 full days of experience with them. They were so professional, so fast and so careful with our stuff. Highly, highly recommend! Moving is stressful enough as it is... choose a reliable team to make a very stressful time less stressful. We had this crazy large pull out sofa that required some very creative maneuvering and removing door frames/jambs etc. It was absolutely wild and they did it without damaging the floors, ceiling or the sofa itself. So much for the team!
