They ignored my attempts to contact them for 3 days but once i used a vpn they responded in less than 2 minutes. I canceled my subscription 3 months ago but they reactivated it and charged me causing my funds to be frozen from be in pending status for 4 days they charging me for this causing my funds to be in pending then charge disappears completely then reappear as pending then disappears again then shows up as pending again. They keep saying just contact my bank but its not the bank that keeps charging me causing frozen funds . Only the merchant can submit a request for the funds which causing them to be frozen unusable. I need groceries but funds are frozen

My dealings with the company have been great. I've taken the beef liver supplements but needed to stop my subscription for a while as I was working with a functional medicine doctor. Derrick cancelled the subscription without hesitation and no questions. Hopefully I'll continue with the supplements soon.

This company is starting to turn into a scam company, I signed up for a subscription to auto renew every six months years ago, and they literally won’t cancel it. So I’ve already received supplements multiple times, and finally I told them I don’t want these I want my money back. They told me we don’t do refunds. I really push the issue so they accepted it back however I forgot to check if they actually gave me credit. The person I was texting with absolutely promised I was canceled this time and then Just a few days ago on Friday. I received another six bottles and was charged $200. Emailed the company and never heard back yet. Just another stressor in my life. I really wish they would just take me off their list. Cancel my subscription and stop sending me things. Or at least email me back about it. I actually did two very positive review videos on this company at the beginning because it was something I really felt passionate about but the fact that they can’t get their stuff together and actually cancel my subscription out speaks volumes. And every time they send it to me, I’m out $200. I don’t know if I have the energy to fight them anymore. I just want them to stop sending it to me and take me off their list. I run my own company too, I don’t appreciate the subscription loop. They have me in by any means. Be careful if you auto subscribe to anything. They did this before with some of my other subscriptions and I was taking the adrenals. I do still like some of their products however most of their organs have liver in it, and we became highly sensitive and reactive to it. We can have high doses of liver. I never imagine that they adrenal powder would also have liver, and their thyroid powder would also have liver. They kind of water it down with liver. So I ordered a bag of bulk adrenal powder and bulk thyroid powder that has no added liver and now I make my own. Anyway, heads up and be careful out there! It’s getting to be a crazy world.

I have been dealing with thinning hair, and the Grassfed Beef Liver made a huge difference. After 2 to 3 weeks everyone has noticed how much my hair looks healthier and fuller. I was drawn to this company by realizing I had to make a change in what we call food in this modern world, the chemicals, and the intervention of man made products to feed us needs reconsideration, and this company allows for much more, a constant re-evaluation of what makes us healthy! all the supplements in the world won't help if we don't have the basic fundamental vitamins and minerals that come from our natural world, in saying all this, this company backs their products and accomplishes all of this and more! This product works great. I am very satisfied.

The product itself shipped quickly and came as advertised, however, I ended up with way too much. I went to cancel my subscription months after starting, and came to realize they do not allow cancelation of subscription, you can only delay it for 2 months. YOU HAVE TO CONTACT someone at the company for them to cancel your subscription. Given the ethics issue of that alone makes me question the ethics of the Company as a whole.

I would like to know the nutrition facts in MG of the organs, and how much collagen is in this product.
I don't use a multivitamin, so this is important to me.

At 20, after my son's birth, I became chronically anemic, low iron, low Folate & many other nutritional deficiencies, NOT a good thing! Even after improving my diet greatly I remained nutrient deficient. For 36+ yrs doctors failed to help me correct these serious health issues. Then I discovered Ancestral Supplements & read all of Brian's posts, especially about Liver and it's tremendous benefits. Taking Liver regularly (as well as a number of other Ancestral Supplements), all these issues have greatly improved. There have been occasions when I was unable to afford them & had to go without them for periods of time. Whenever that happened my health declined and my old issues arose again. These supplements are an absolute necessity for my health, they're not some trend. When you're health takes a hit for decades it's much harder to regain & maintain it. I'd give up a lot of things, vacations, dinners out, new clothes/shoes & so much more, but not my Ancestral Supplements. Without good health nothing else you buy brings any joy, poor health is a life thief. Before I started taking Ancestral’s Digestive Enzymes my stomach was so bloated after eating anything all the time. It started happening after I had my gallbladder removed. At times I didn’t want to eat I was so bloated. Then on TikTok someone I follow talked about Ancestral all the time and how their products worked so well for her. So I decided to give the Digestive Enzyme a try. I started taking them and 2 weeks after taking them the difference was amazing! No more bloating. I was so grateful that the supplement worked I started a subscription and have taken them everyday for the last several months.
