Amazing service. Easy to book online and told of cost up front ahead of arrival ( minus the new parts). Came when planned, couldn’t fix the washing machine that day due to needing a part to be ordered but kept me updated on arrivals times etc. Genuine service throughout; will be using again in the future

Booked an appointment with Anderson James for last Friday which I had to change... not a problem for this company. Moved it to today without any hassle.

My AEG dishwasher had a drainage problem so looked online for local company. Research showed excellent service. So easy to book online and you are made aware of the approximate cost beforehand. Had a voicemail to apologise they couldn’t make the morning scheduled and but was able to make the afternoon. Very prompt service and dealt with the issue efficiently and professionally. Super service and really personable.
Very highly recommended and they are now in my Contacts list for any other future appliance repairs.

Having several people let us down, Anderson James got in touch and recommended an upgraded pump to resolve our water pressure issue. The plumber arrived on the date agreed. He was polite, professional and he completed the work within these timescales agreed. The price was excellent and the solution means our taps and showers now have great output. Throughly recommend

My experience with this company was the best that I have ever had with any tradesman ever ( and I am 67). Firstly you can book straight into their diary and they call you back to confirm. They have a clear pricing structure so you know the labour costs in advance. They turn up when they say they will , thoroughly tested the fault in my oven, which could not be repaired as part was no longer made. When I bought my replacement ovens they came to install and were cheaper than the online retailers. The installation was not straightforward, one lead too short and new ovens different design, so modifications to space required. They overcame all the obstacles, cleaned up afterwards and the bill was as expected. Both engineers were also really nice guys too. I would be happy to recommend them, which is not something I would normally do.

This was perfect in every way. The engineer rang me 20 minutes before he was due to arrive so I could arrive on site and open the house, he introduced his self and was very pleasant and efficient. He ordered the parts there and then gave me an approximate date for delivery which turned out to be correct. Sent a text and gave me a timeslot which was an afternoon then rang me 20 minutes before he was due to arrive, this time two engineers came and again were very pleasant and very efficient. I couldn’t rate them highly enough and would certainly recommend them to everybody.
