Passing down through five generations of the Reed family, Angela Reed is now under the custodianship of David and Kate Reed and the contemporary offering and excellent service has not waivered. All of the hand-picked homewares, furniture and unique gifts have continued to inspire customers in Essex and beyond. The destination store is set in a historical, labyrinthine building in the heart of the market town of Saffron Walden with its own stunning Food Hall, showcasing artisan produce from all over the globe. The growing online business is now serving customers all over the UK and beyond.

Outstanding Quality
Angela Reed were able to supply the the bed I wanted at a very competitive price. The lead in time stated was extremely accurate and communication was responsive and effective. I did have some concerns about delivery being ‘to the room of choice’ after being told it was doorstep only however this was resolved and the delivery staff fully installed the bed. They were extremely efficient in this and the quality of the bed is outstanding!

The products are lovely and the delivery service was great.
To gain five stars I would have liked you to contact me the day before delivery to confirm and let me know whether it would be morning or afternoon delivery. I did get text messages once the driver was on their way but that was too late to help me plan ahead without blocking out a whole day for being at home.

After a month and a half of sending…
After a month and a half of sending emails and not getting a response, I called. It takes a long time to ship, but the quality of the dishes was good.

We would just like to clarify that your order was for the Acorn Hammered Metal Jar (Small), not dishes as referenced in your review.
The order was placed on 1st April and, as stated at the time of purchase, this was a preorder item with an extended dispatch timeframe. We also sent an email update regarding your order on 23rd April, though unfortunately we did not receive a reply to this email or the emails mentioned in your review.
Your order was successfully delivered on 7th May, and we were pleased we could assist further when you contacted us by phone.
