Angel-we don't- care
We placed an order directly with Angel Baby Care for a baby monitor on special offer through their website. I'm happy to say that our order went through without any issues, and we had received our confirmation, dispatch and tracking emails. After this, is where things started to go wrong.
Our order tracking email stated that the delivery would arrive by 9th November. As there had still been no delivery, I checked the tracking email which stated that my package had been "delivered to safe place" on 5th November. My wife had been working from home that day and did not receive the delivery. Also, due to where we live, there was no safe place to leave the package as our building is intercom access only. I contacted the courier company who said that we needed to contact the retailer. I raised a ticket with Angelbabycare on 9th November and got a response from them a day or 2 later informing us that they are disputing this with the courier. I followed this up a few days later and got the same response. As we were coming to the end of the month and there were still no updates, I messaged them again for an update and a possible refund, since Black Friday was approaching, my wife and I wanted to try our luck somewhere else and obviously didn't want to waste money paying out for 2 baby monitors with a cost-of-living crisis going on. No response since. It is getting to the point now, where we are considering taking this up with our credit card company, as they have had our money for over a month now, no product, no update, my wife and I have lost faith in the company.
