Wonderful experience
I had only registered with Angelfish for a short while when I got invited to a research (short) study which I thoroughly enjoyed. Firstly, the person from Angelfish was very nice on the phone and gave me clear instructions on what the study was about. Then the AI interview itself, was straightforward, the questions were straight to the fact and it didn't take long. I received my gift card very soon after and I certainly hadn't expected so many retailers as a choice where to spend the gift card. It was an overall very pleasant experience and I am looking forward to participating again, should they need me. :)

Face to face market research
Have just completed my first face to face market research session, based at my local shopping centre.
I have applied to quite a few but only been selected for the one. You're not going to be able to make a living from applying, but you have the chance to earn a little from spending time on your phone.
The season was 1:1 with a researcher from a 3rd party. This wasn't made clear beforehand making finding them a little tricky. Otherwise the session was enjoyable and I felt valued during the entirety.
A good incentive paid just under 2 weeks later. Would happily take part in more.

Just had a great experience on a diary task and focus group market research with Angelfish.
The initial recruitment call was friendly and the proceeding instructions were clear and easy to follow.
They paid out quickly and at all times were efficient and friendly.
A great company to do research with.

Clear concise effortless
From the outset the staff were clear kept me well informed of task ahead what involved date time and what would be happening
It was really good to be able to share my opinions and the visitors to my home were friendly, and made the whole interview effortless

They give you one chance to pick up the…
They give you one chance to pick up the phone. And if you don’t pick up, then you aren’t gonna get selected.
I missed a phone call from them at a time I didn’t have any signal on my phone, so therefore I didn’t even know I had missed a phone call from them until after I had signal back, they didn’t leave a voicemail so I had no idea if it even was them.
I then phoned them back right at that point, didn’t even get through. I left a voice mail, and no one contacted me again.
I understand these market research are a first come, first serve basis. But maybe don’t just give people one chance to pick up the phone. At least other research
Companies will message you or email you saying “we’re sorry we missed you, if you’re still interested phone us back” but with this one, I had nothing. And all because I was somewhere I couldn’t pick up the phone at that exact time I wasn’t selected. Seems a bit unfair to me

Many of our market research projects are fast-moving, with limited spaces available and very specific criteria to fill. This means places can sometimes be filled quickly once we start making validation calls. That said, we completely understand how frustrating it is to miss a call through no fault of your own, especially if you had no signal at the time.
We’re sorry that a voicemail wasn’t left and that you didn’t hear back after trying to return the call. We’ll feed this back to the team, as we always want people to feel informed and fairly treated, even when a project fills before we can speak to everyone.
